Red Demon Charger great experience
Had a great experience from start to finish. Awesome communication thru out the process. Order my mats and had a custom text that I wanted. They sent me a preview and started on making the text by embroidery. That took about 2 weeks, which I completely understand. Once they had that done, the mats were also ready to be shipped. They did a special rush shipment and received the mats within 4 days. I couldn't wait to get them in my car. I've had 2 others before these, but once I got them installed, WOW.. they fitted amazing and looked awesome in my custom show car. Better than any of the previous mats I had. I went to a car show and received the most amazing comments. I became an affiliate and gave several people my link to get there own custom mats ordered. Thanks again.

Completely changed the interior
Bought a brand new 23' Audi S5 and wanted to enhance the interior. Found these custom floor mats and they completely changed the game. Everyone who steps foot in the car always compliments them. If I had to recommend a specific style, definitely go with the hybrid line to get the best of both. High quality leather material. It does come a bit wrinkled after shipping, just keep pressing them in place periodically and eventually they start to settle.

Beware, this company doesn't deliver!
I ordered my mats and for $90 extra I ordered the trunk mat. In December of 2021, after a long wait my mats showed up without the trunk pad, I called and they said they would send the trunk pad, it never came. Frustrated, I called again twice, each time they said they would send the mat, instead of reimbursing me my money. The company was sold, which I found out upon my next call... The new owners said they would honor the deal, and send me the mat, it's been months, and no mat was ever sent...mats are made in Dubai, sent to either New York, or Delaware for distribution to customers in United States... I regret my order, the original mats fit loosely, and do not look professional... Of course, never receiving my full order including trunk mat, is very unprofessional... I feel as though I have been ripped off, with no where to turn.... Be very careful paying upfront 100%, be very leary, this company is a RIP OFF... BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

You placed an order for Leather Mats in January 2022, and we successfully delivered the item in February. During the waiting period, our customer service team informed you that this specific order would take longer than usual due to it being the 2006 model. Additionally, this information is also available on our website under our order and shipping policy. This extended lead time was necessary because we needed to ensure a perfect fit by thoroughly testing the measurements for this older model.
However, in an effort to minimize your wait time, we proceeded to send you the mats without the trunk component. This decision was made because our team encountered an error in measuring the trunk. We also requested a few photos from you to ensure that we send you the correct trunk, given that there are 2-3 different versions available. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive these photos, which would significantly expedite the process of completing your mats.
I'd like to clarify that our company has not changed ownership or identity; there was merely a reconstruction of our customer service team. We are still the same F1Mats you placed your order with.
We have been trying to reach out to you continuously, but it seems that we have not received a response from you despite our multiple attempts. We genuinely value each and every one of our customers and are eager to fulfill your order. Please get back to us at your earliest convenience so that we can send you the mats you've been waiting for.

After placing my order customer service contacted me to verify that what they had received was actually what I wanted. After receiving the mats, they were very easy to install, and the colors I chose were very close to my bikes colors. They actually cut the heat in the cockpit way down, I am very happy with my purchase.

Awesome mats... Full coverage
These mats are full coverage and are very well made. They are easy to clean and look awesome. I had one issue with the rear mats and F1 customer service was able to fix the issue and send a replacement mat that works perfectly.

If you want the best, F1 is where you go!
They called to ensure exactly what I wanted. They followed up after that regrading delivery. Others may complain but my experience showed me that they were all that, a bag of chips and twelve cokes to go! The product (the cargo area of my 370Z) was not good. it was superlative. So much so that I may very will forced to purchase a far more expensive set for mu front seats. I am all in for F1. If you want the best, look no further and tell them that Ken (the owner of the DARKSIDE) sent you!

I really have an experience with them and good and responsive communication from the starting process until it’s deliverd. Love the way they made it.. I claim my 2 years warranty of driver side mats because clips were broken and guess what they send me the whole leather mat and upper layers mats and more clips.. Truck Mats
Ordered some mats from this company I can definitely say that their mats are far superior than other mats. I work with a Industrial construction company and bring some power tools with me and they never get scratched. Cleaning is the best because since my mats get dusty all the time I just simply wipe it off with micro fiber cloth with a sprinkle of water. I'm ordering another batch for 1500 truck and mustang. In addition to that customer service is excellent!

NOT ABLE TO DELIVER
i purchased f1mats for my 2011 Porsche 911 Carrera 2S Cabriolet with the stock Bose Sound system back in November 2022. It is now July 6, 2023 and they have not been able to deliver the correct mat for the passenger side, which was confirmed at the time of purchase. Poor Customer service. Be very careful when buying these mats!!
