After almost a month with no news, Tina has finally stepped in and taken care of my order. I really appreciate her help in resolving this.

Duplicate payment not refunded by X²O
I paid my order three times (deposit + balance twice). Despite clear proof, X²O has not refunded the duplicate payment. After many calls and emails, I only hear “a ticket is open.” They now blame Mollie, but the account was provided by X²O — it’s their responsibility. As an English-speaking customer, I feel ignored and neglected

Your payment issue is linked to an incorrect reference used during the transfer, which prevented it from being automatically matched with your order. Because we work with Mollie for secure payments, the refund is being processed through their system. Our accounting team has already followed up with Mollie to obtain a clear time for the refund, earlier this week the showroom also requested an extra update to speed things up.
Please rest assured that we are actively following this up and will continue to push for a quick resolution. We apologise again for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we finalise this with Mollie.
