Review number 2. Nothing happened first time.
I will keep on putting 1 start until at least someone recognises the problem and sends an undamaged item.I have sent email to the addresses provided first time and also called several times.
This is getting super annoying and thats why i would like to put things here maybe someone will take note of this. To be delivered on 21st July.
- I had ordered several things from X20 with order number 106917016 on 19th July. This item was not shipped because one of the items was not available. Strange that you block the whole order and not send the rest. If I would have not called nothing would have happened.
- Ok after that my order was split on 22nd July, I recievied the rest on 25th July (order number 106917016).
- One of the item was damaged, i called and I got the replacement on 26th July (order number 107370863). Which was also damaged.
- Now it is 29th July and i have no information if it will be delivered or not.
My bathroom project is stuck because of this part, the workers renovating might also leave before this arrives. So far I have called 4-5 times to get the complete order but no luck.

Good customer support
I found store has good collection of products and most importent on selection products, are deliverd very soon with in 2weeks not like other stores have to wait for 4weeks to 6 weeks for delivery.

Terrible logistic and delivery times
Did 2 orders with the same delivery date and I was told that everything is on stock will be on time. But on the day of delivery there was only one order because in the second order one thing out of 10 was suddenly out of stock and the whole order was not sent! I did not get any notification about it! I was told that the new delivery date is in 2 weeks but still without missing part, ridiculous. The constructor can't wait so long because of the other project. thank you

Great staff! Beyond selling they offer an excellent service! knowledgeable and trustworthy
X2O not only provided our bathroom equipment but their staff from Cruquius (Jimmy & Stefan) were extremely helpful and provided solutions to multiple of our problems, and were able to work with our complex situation to find the best combination of materials and delivery dates which we would need to finish our bathroom.
Super happy with their excellent service! Highly recommend!

Appalling delivery service!
We were told on Friday that our delivery was on the truck and on its way. We waited, with our builders, all day. Nothing arrived. After numerous calls they admitted it was not on the truck. We had to send our builders home. It is now Monday and after numerous calls (and lies) we have been informed they are only delivering in a week. A week and a half late! This is totally unacceptable. We are now expected to sit without a bathroom for another week and and half. I thought that they would at least try to fix this mess but apparently customer service is not important.
