My Order did not arrive - 116£ gone.

My Order did not arrive. Worst Customer Support ever. CEO Rogar Akselsen answered only once and refered to royalmail which does not offer a personal Customer Support either. No refund, no replacement. 116£ gone.

Xbrain charged me for an item twice

Xbrain charged me for an item twice. I contacted them immediately without reply. The CEO eventually contacted me to say they would look into it and issue a refund. Several more email sent without a response. It’s now over 2 weeks without a resolution. This is usually a good company. The customer service here has really let them down and I won’t use them again.

Ordering was easy from their online…

Ordering was easy from their online store. They shipped the product immediately and the international shipment to the US went faster than promised. The product taste is comparable to other fruit flavored supplements. It almost completely dissolves, with only a tiny bit of undissolved crystals in a 21 oz. water bottle. Reordering today!

Product not recived, ghosted by support

This is Nazmi from order 1859615, I ordered my product in July and did not receive anything, I emailed asking for support and was ghosted, in the same email from which I had received a response prior to this, so it was ignored.
I'll have to go through with a dispute through my credit card, it's been two weeks and two emails without any response, and no product received.

Rip-Off: P&P is £9 flat rate, even for tiny packages

I like the troscriptions brand but I’m not keen on their U.K. distributor: xbrain

Xbrain charge an eye watering £9 for p&p !

From now on, I’ll plan ahead and buy directly from Troscriptions in the US

Nobody likes being ripped off !

None existent customer service.
I’ve made and order on their website paid nearly 100£ and haven’t received any order confirmation. And then days go by and the “director” emails me and out of sheer panic tells me your item is due to arrive today and gives me someone else’s tracking number and as i email them explaining this I DO NOT receive any email back and have to wait days to get their reply whenever they feel like they’re responsible..

I will NEVER buy anything from them anymore.. every time it’s a whole ordeal..

Took my money, but no product & no support email responses

I placed my order back on May 1st and on the website it says short delivery time. So at most I expected 5 days delivery. After 5 days, I still hadn't received my over 200 pound order, so I emailed support. I emailed the sales department, the wholesale department and the other third that they have and no one has responded. It's now 3 weeks and I still have not received my product and I have not heard a response to any of the emails. In fact, I get a kickback that says the inboxes are full so I have no way to contact them to figure out what's going on with my order and on the website it still says it's in processing so I haven't even received a confirmation of a delivery being started. This website is looking to be a scam this far.

This is absolute nonsense

This is absolute nonsense. I just paid €20 in shipping costs and was forced to pay another €20 in customs fees. The product itself cost only €32, and I haven’t received any email confirmation after placing my order.

I had back ordered Meth Blue

I had back ordered Meth Blue - suddenly got royal mail alert that it was being delivered.
Delivered with missing amount.
Sent an email to sales at Xbrain and within a days turnaround had an answer back from them about the missing part of the order.
Without any cost to me sent out a replacement within a day.
Good service overall
