Miracle Capsules

I’ve struggled with ADHD my whole life. I’ve tried all kinds of ADHD medications that somewhat worked but the side effects out weighed the benefits. X brain seriously works, no joke. I’m blown away how effective it’s been for me in so many different areas but mainly my focus, thought clarity, reaction time and positive mood.

Lack of Customer Support

I have emailed so many times this last year and rarely get any response. Troscriptions is constantly out of stock as is Harmony. So I cannot even get continuity. I emailed on 25 November, 10 and 16th(twice) December, with zero acknowledgement or response. Changing the subscription is difficult and necessitates cancelling and starting again. So, yes, I am incurring problems and would so so appreciate some help and support.

Never use this company

Never use this company, 3 times they have sent me out of date supplements, the last order was 3 years out of date. Good luck getting them to respond to emails. Awful company, non existent customer service. Do not use this company.

Non-delivery of goods and no response to queries

Placed an order on 1 June, which Xbrain took the payment for. Didn't receive confirmation that my order had been received until 15 June. Followed up on the status of my order (still shows as 'processing' on their webshite) on 1, 5 & 13 July. No response from Xbrain. Nothing. Have been buying from them since 2017. Absolute joke customer service.

Warning: expired products and ignored by customer service!

I’m very disappointed and shocked by the lack of customer care. They sent me incorrect product, faulty product and EXPIRED products — and ghosted me when I emailed to ask them to rectify this.
I was excited to order from XBrain as they offer some great brands that are hard to source in the U.K. The first thing I noticed was that they’d sent me a different, stronger version of one product, one they don’t even offer on their website. I emailed to ask about this, but got no response. I then noticed that three other products (all by BiOptimizers) were expired! And not recently expired. I also realised that one product from Troscriptions had a completely blank reverse side, no instructions, no expiry, no ingredients list, no QR code. Troscriptions state that it’s mandatory to scan the QR code on the back of their packaging before using the product. I’ve also never seen packaging from them not list ingredients and expiry date. I sent another email to XBrain highlighting these issues and promptly received an email from the CEO apologising and saying he would contact the shipper who would sort it out the following Monday. I was impressed that he’d replied to me on the weekend and thought everything would be fixed. He requested photos of the faulty products, which I sent. Then — complete silence. I followed up — nothing. I have been ghosted. This is the worst shopping experience I’ve had in a long time: being sent expired supplements, that could be harmful to ingest, alongside a faulty product with no ingredients list or expiry date, and the company ignores me? I have had to contact my bank for help. The one product I ordered which arrived as stated on the website seems great, so clearly I have been unlucky with my order as a whole, but I would urge caution when ordering from XBrain. Check the expiry dates before consuming! I’m so disappointed, as I use a lot of supplements and thought I’d found a great supplier to add to my list. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but why wouldn’t the company want to sort them out? I will update the review if there are further developments.
