I am VERY impressed with xCloud's entire suite of offerings. I've been hosting websites and doing server administration for two decades now so I have a ton of experience across dozens of hosts & services. I kept hearing about xCloud and decided to take a look and launch some servers and WordPress installs (and some other web apps).

The flexibility & features of what xCloud does are unparalleled. To be able to create and manage servers, sites, and other third-party integrations directly using their dashboard across multiple hosting providers, as well as xCloud's hosting, is nothing short of amazing. xCloud removes so many steps typically required as well as the complexity often involved.

You could certainly do a lot of this, or all, on each individual hosting platform, but that requires a lot of knowledge of those providers various tools/dashboards and also the services you want to integrate. Those other provider dashboards also generally require much more work to configure software or services and are more prone to errors (breaking things, security, etc) xCloud's dashboard simplifies, streamlines, and expedites all of this.

Each and every interaction with their support has been an absolute pleasure as well. I am very happy and so impressed with the service that xCloud provides. I can host, deploy, manage, and update all my websites and client websites in one feature-rich and easy-to-use dashboard now. Highly recommend.

I have been using XCloud to manage my server for more than a year now, and have had nothing but excellent service and XCloud is feature rich and they keep adding more quality of life features that makes managing your server a breeze. On top of that their customer service is top notch. I highly without hesitation recommend XCloud.

I want to give 1 star, but I feel that would be unfair as elements of this platform & team genuinely are putting forward effort and there is undoubtedly room for growth.

That said, my experience has been an absolute rollercoaster over approximately one year that i have been using xCloud. It started out as a brilliant service, backed by rapid support agents who seemed attentive and educated.

The managed service was awesome and worth every dollar paid, any small issue was resolved promptly and the team was always willing to help.

Then xCloud began to grow... quickly it seems. They started popping up as the recommended service everywhere. With this, service and reliabiltiy started to fall.. QUICKLY. What was an amazing replacement for services like Cloudways has seemingly become very similiar to them in ways. Unresolved bugs, slow support, etc.. all rearing their ugly head again.

My big problem has been with their support team - it is disorganized and incapable of keeping track of issues. You get shuffled from one agent to the next and each agent doesn't bother to check what was done previously. This ends up with a visicious cycle of needing to repeat yourself and getting nowhere.

One agent says they offer dedicated vCPUs, the next says they don't and we are on shared ones.

One agent tells you X and the next tells you Y.

And that all happens when you are lucky enough to get ahold of their team in a moment of need. At one point the live chat would respond immediately, now they suggest you don't even use it and say a ticke must be submitted for critical issues.

I'm rambling at this point but I wish I could share my documentation here of my interacitons with their support team while troubleshooting server performance issues. One contradiction after another.

In summary - they say it wasn't their fault, but the issues were resolved as soon as I left their managed service.

Don't bother with the managed service. Either handle it yourself or look elsewhere for a support team that can keep up. I hope they will get it together unfortuantely and not just become another of the 100s of managed services that drown in their own success.

I’ve been using xcloud on Hetzner’s infrastructure, and overall it’s been superb. The combination of xcloud’s intuitive control panel with Hetzner’s rock-solid servers means my sites load quickly and reliably, even under heavy traffic.

WordPress Migration
Migrating existing WordPress sites to xcloud couldn’t have been easier. The migration wizard walks you through each step in just a few clicks—no tricky database exports or manual file transfers. In my experience, a typical site was up and running on xcloud within 10 minutes.

WordPress Staging
The staging environment is top-notch. Creating a one-click staging copy of your live site lets you test themes, plugins, or code changes without fear of breaking anything in production. Once you’re happy, pushing changes back to live is seamless.

Verdict
If you want hassle-free performance on Hetzner hardware, effortless WordPress migrations, and a powerful staging workflow, xcloud is an outstanding choice. Highly recommended!

Much cheaper then CloudWays and better performance. When deploying a Hetzner or Vultr server it's about half the price at CW. Even support is great as I had 1 small problem that got fixed immediately. Even got a refund for a server that I accidentally launched and got billed for. The first server is free. Just try it and be amazed :)

Their support is Crazy Good!

I recently install a new wp website and after that there is some issue with CF that will cause some plugin management problem. Sherl helps me to fix it and it works perfect and run fast now. Good experience with the fast support, will definitely think about migrating my other sites from SG to Xcloud

Just started using xCloud and I have to say, I am highly impressed. An excellent intuitive dashboard and amazing performance. Had to contact support for some guidance on caching and they are lightening fast, highly skilled and extremely helpful. An easy 5 stars.

I've been using xCloud's free plan with a Vultr server for about 3 months now. I have five developmental sites running on the server. I'm an experienced hosting provider, and xCloud's free service is better than WPMU Dev's hosting service, which costs almost $1000 per year, plus a per-site charge, as much as I pay for a server at Vultr. Additionally, xCloud continues to improve. I just had my first experience with their technical support, and I was impressed. I'll be moving to a paid xCloud plan for my production sites very soon.

Once again the Support Team was amazing and helped me resolved some issues in a very short time, thanks again Sheri and the Xcloud Suppor team you guys are AWSOME!!!
