I negotiated a price for a scooter. It took a lot of texting back and forth but we got there after some time. I was very sceptical and requested to pay by credit card or by PayPal goods and services. I was told they don’t currently accept either of these payment methods and would I do bank transfer. Against my better judgement, I did, but only a third of the requested amount to be as safe as possible. It is impossible to get a straight answer out of them. They then said it wasn’t enough and now won’t refund for 14 days (probably not at all). I showed them the bad reviews on here and they said they’d just taken over the company from bad owners and were trying to rebuild it. Well, it was a s*** show from the beginning and I wish I’d trusted my instincts. Stupidly I did not and now I’m paying the price. I have no deposit and no scooter. Stupid me. Don’t believe them when they say they’re trying get back on their feet and will try to charm you into believing the rubbish they speak. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I feel so stupid. I’m usually really savvy about these things and I certainly can’t afford to lose any money. SCAM*SCAM*SCAM*SCAM*SCAM*SCAM*SCAM*.

Took my scooter in to have a flat rear tyre replaced and when I got it back they'd screwed the rear brakes up so much that even with the brake lever pulled all the way in, the pads didn't even make contact with the brake disk, leaving me with literally no brakes.
I know that on my model of scooter it's possible to remove and replace the rear wheel without touching the brakes, so I don't know why they messed with the brakes at all when it wasn't necessary to do the job I asked for.
In addition, I rang to ask for a price before dropping my scooter off and confirmed that the price quoted was for the work to be done on the same day. Then when I got there they told me it would be an extra £15 if I wanted it done that day.
So they lied about the price, and returned my scooter in a dangerous condition.
What wondeful service...

Xcooters is the best electric scooter shop in Bristol hands down. I remember going to get my scooter repaired by the owner way before he even had a shop. Very friendly and helpful staff, they know exactly what they're talking about. I needed something very niche that you couldn't find anywhere to repair my scooter and xcooters managed to find the part and fix it same day. I cant reccomend thesde guys enough!

Very nice and friendly people.They know allot about electric scooters to.And have some nice scooters to buy as well.

Limited mechanical knowledge. They probably don’t understand the finer workings of an e-scooter. They might convince you that extra work needs doing when it doesn’t. They take shocking amount of time to return it. No communication in the process. Unless it’s a simple puncture repair take your e-scooter elsewhere.

Where can I start with the awful service I received from this so called helpful and trustworthy company, after I took my sons scooter in with suspicion of a dead battery, I was told after they looked at it after having it for a few days they would replace the battery and that it needed a new front tyre, I didn’t hear anything for a week so called and was told to collect a few days later, when I arrived to collect the scooter they hadn’t done the tyre so I had to go away and then go back, when collecting they couldn’t even find the charger for it, after getting it home my son went out and returned about 10 minutes later as the battery had died, I called this so called company and was told to bring it back and that they had only done a battery repair which I was never told, they then had the scooter for over another week without out contacting me like they said, after trying to sell me a new battery for over the cost of £180 I requested a refund and took the scooter back, I then sourced a new battery for no where near what they were asking, a friend watched a YouTube video of the same scooter having a battery changed and did the work in 20 minutes, in total this awful company had the scooter for nearly 5 weeks and never resolved the issues, avoid avoid avoid

We had a misunderstanding when repairing my e scooter and Jorge, was brilliant at solving the issue, giving brilliant costumer service :)

I would really recommend using Xscooters for all scooter repairs. They are polite, knowledgeable and keep you informed throughout the process of fixing the scooter. Additionally, they have been able to fix my scooter in just 24 hours which is an extremely good turnaround.

I’ve been trying to get the boys scooters fixed for a while, both needed new inner tubes. The place where we bought the scooter from seems to be closed all the time now so we went to Halfords who seemed to have a backlog & couldn’t do anything for weeks🙄But the guy in Halfords mentioned Xcooter.
I called them but it was a bit late to get to them in time, but the guy on the phone told me to come in the morning & they would sort them for me, he was able to tell me what I would be paying & how long we would have to wait for the scooters.
We went down there this morning & was met by 2 employees & a lovely dachshund (Bella😍) the employees were friendly, welcoming & happy to help with any questions we had. The shop unlike some I’ve been to was clean & well stocked, with a big range of electric scooters, Sur-Ron bikes & parts.
A bit like a car garage the staff checked over our scooters, made sure they were working properly, made note of any issues before taking them & discussed anything they felt needed to be done today, as it was we needed a new back tyre as well as an inner tube. They explained the reasons why gave prices all along the way & waited for us to decide what we wanted to do. After making their notes they gave us a time to come back, ours was only an hour for the 2 scooters. We stayed & had a little look around the shop at the bikes & the staff were happy to answer any questions we had & even let the little one sit on one.
After the hour we came back, they needed a little longer but we were ok with that. When we came back for a second time 2 members of staff brought us the scooters & discussed a few extra things that needed doing on the scooters, we were unable to get them done this time but will defo be going back soon to get them sorted.
I would recommend Xcooter to anyone wanting to get their electric scooter fixed or serviced, they deal with a wide range of scooters, the staff are friendly & polite, the price to repair are reasonable & the service is fast.

Great staffs and Jorge recently did a great job installing rear indicators. I highly recommend the shop! I purchased an e-scooter a few weeks ago and it’s a great ride. By G Hogan.

Best Place to take your Scooter. The staff are soo kind and helpful. They’ve always been really swift when it comes to repairing. I took my scooter in the afternoon once to fix my headlights and they managed to fix it the same day. I highly recommend using Xcooters

This place is a gem! Such friendly staff, really knowledgable team, genuinely interested in their customers and all things scooters. My Kaabo Mantis 10 Pro took on water. It could have been the controller. It could have been the battery. It could have been both. They were straight up... saved my battery with some clever dont-try-at-home techniques and they gave me same price on the controller as Kaabo UK and a modest AND discounted service charge. Really like these guys/gals. Thanks all

The guys down here are awesome. Popped in yesterday whilst working to have a look around..... 3 hours later I returned to collect my new ebike. Customer service was great and the bike had all the main components pre-greased ready for collection. Thanks again all 👍
