Great business and services provided. The shop has everything for your electric scooter needs, I go to get my scooter repaired and serviced.. the staff are friendly and the work rate is exceptional, would definitely recommend checking the shop out!

The guy is very friendly and helpful, also recommend me what is best for my scooter. Changed the tire and it was good. I would definitely come back again to fix my scooter.

The guys were super kind and helpful, needed a few kinks tweeking on my stem and bolts. Nacho is the guy the man you need to repair anything of yours electric and non electric base.

Polite and welcoming shop owners, they answered any concerns and questions I had, and anything they could help me with they did. Would recommend shop to anyone looking for a scooter.

Bought a Riley scooter today, it was excellent service and friendly staff I fully recommend this scooter shop there range of scooters is excellent and these people know what their talking about and their after service is great we’ll worth a visit a warm and friendly experience 10/10 Thank you!

Ordered an escooter which was listed as in stock. Received a message saying they had no new stock and offered me a demo model and small discount or else I would have a “long wait” for a new one. I wasn’t interested so asked to cancel. The order was cancelled but a week and several emails later and the company still hasn’t refunded my £1,250! Avoid this company!

Update: 6 days later and still no refund. I received an e-mail from the company accusing me of posting an unfair review (despite stating only facts) and bizarrely blaming my e-mail provider for the refund “going into my spam”.

Final update: the refund took 10 days to get processed by Xcooters despite being told within 24 hours is was processed. Consistent defensiveness and lies.

The guy who work there is my friend long time ago and he is an amazing man and very helpful

Visited the new showroom in city centre. Nice layout. Helpful and friendly staff, got on really well with them. They looked after me. Had a test ride and made a purchase. Couldn't ask for more.

Popped in this afternoon with a friend and was greeted by Nacho and he couldn’t of been more helpful! Came in originally looking for a specific scooter only to be given some great advice with pros and cons, I was able to test ride a desired model and was instantly agreed with was the correct one.
Anyone thinking of buying an electric scooter please, please visit this shop and purchase from them! They are so helpful and will guide you through any questions you have without being brain washed by some idiot American on YouTube. Thanks again guys

I have taken several scooters here for repairs and upgrades and every time they go above and beyond for you. Today Fri 10th September 2021, I bought a dualtron Eagle limited edition. Its the best scooter I've ever rode in my life and I've had many many scooters, my first was a MAD velocifero. Which was mostly made of wood lol. They have come such a long way since then. I've had cheap ones from China and expensive ones from UK and these guys have fixed every one I've had from minor tyre changes to extensive upgrades. Xcooters will meet all your needs for your scooters. The new shop is really awesome too. 👌

It's a shame I can't give 10 stars for this companies service! Went to look for a scooter, not knowing anything about them except they seem a good bit of fun. They both took the time with me answering all my questions and letting me demo them....a lot!!!! The whole range available is high quality....... I ended up buying two scooters of them!!!! Thanks for all the help :)

They fixed my MK8 puncture within an hour and tightened up and swapped round some fixtures that were bad from the factory set up free of charge

I will 100% be using xcooters any time I have trouble with my scooter they even offer you a cold drink upon arrival!
