AI is NOT the answer …

I ordered a product from the company some time ago..
It took an awful long while before the goods were ready.
Unfortunately I didn't receive the goods at all, but, after many phone calls, emails etc, I discovered it was the abysmal courier company (Yodel) who threw the parcel under a bush at another completely different address.

Xigoot were kind enough to send a replacement.

It is however, extremely difficult/impossible to actually speak with a human in order to resolve problems quicker..

Violated Return Policy Buy Elsewhere

Purchased multipants. Poor quality and not anywhere near the online advert.
Asked for a retun number and return address. Fobbed off. Several emails later, no response. A violation of their "retrn and refund policy ".
I have sent them back to the return address on the original package, which the Post Office could not find on their system. I will ask my credit card company to investigate.
I suggest you buy elsewhere.

Items ordered, poor quality and poor customer service

I ordered two pairs of mens trousers and to say they were of inferior quality is an understatement! They were nothing like the product advertised. I have tried to get a returns sorted and a refund and i am getting the runaround from their 'customer service'. Avoid at all costs!

Only recieved half an order they dont…

Only recieved half an order they dont answer emails then have cheek to ask me to review with a 4 or 5 star they not worth the 1 star i gave.
Update :recieve a message saying they need more info to determine wether review is genuinely from me i and 50% discount if i order again ,that wont be happening and as for replyiny to my emails i just get same reply asking me to leave a 5 star review wont be wasting anymore time with this.just avoid like the plague.

Never again Xigoot.com

I ordered the mens cargo trousers they arrived nothing like the photo poor quality material not stretchy like the ad.
I have requested to return them for a full refund fist they offer me £10 refund to keep them which I refused then they offered me 20% which is less but I have requested a returns label or address as I would like a full refund.
It feels like the are obstructing my request.

It took ages to arrive and then was far…

It took ages to arrive and then was far too small for a plus size person! It had shown that one size fits all , but that’s not the case!
I was disappointed that it didn’t fit because it was really nicely made and would have been perfect.

Ordered some cargo trousers from them…

Ordered some cargo trousers from them and when they arrived the quality of the product was very bad.There was no return label so I contacted them and they emailed me to say it was going to be very expensive for me to return them, effectively saying you are not getting a refund.I urge people not to deal with this company

Item fabric recieved not as stated on…

Item fabric recieved not as stated on the site. On site 70% cotton, 25% polyester. I got 95% polyester. Contacted service for a return just get an automated response offering 20% discount off next order. Even reply to stated do not want the discount, they said thank you for accepting the discount. As if I would order anything off this site again. A total con.
