I ordered a cute highland cow it is…

I ordered a cute highland cow, it is lovely but came without a microwave pouch. I emailed customer service, who said they would send another one but I had to pay postage. They sent me a link, but that took me to a page where I had to pay full price. After numerous emails with no answer to my question, I accepted a small refund. Their customer service is terrible, I would not recommend ordering from them.

my order did not arrive. when i queried this by e mail which is the only way you can query, my e mail was rejected by the user. they are clearly scammers.

On the whole I'm a little bit…

On the whole I'm a little bit disappointed with the product as I thought the pads would be bigger and the foam doesn't last as well as I thought.
They still do the job of cleaning my toilets, which is is why I've give 3 stars.

My first package was damaged.

My first package was damaged when it arrived. I took a photo and emailed the seller. Within 12hrs I had a reply and a replacement was sent immediately. Excellent service.
