Absolutely terrible (non-existing) after sales service and extremely bad quality imitation products

I saw their advert on Facebook for a cream that covers age spots on legs and arms. £12 plus postage. When it arrived it makes no difference at all, it nowhere near covers anything. It leaves a faint white mark - USELESS. Emailed them for a refund and they ignored me.

Do not buy ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
they take your money and DO NOT send you the goods!
Ripping off innocent people it is discusting!!!

Wished I had looked on Trustpilot before I tried to purchase. Total scam - product did not turn up and customer services keep fobbing off. Dreadful people. If it does turn up reviews suggest it is terrible and not as described. Would have given zero stars if possible. Think they may sell under other company names also so be careful.

Not fit for purpose. Wrong colour sent. Appalling customer service, very evasive and repetitive emails with no resolution. This company should not be given a platform / advertising space on Instagram.

Ordered on the 21st April and as of today 21st may no parcel has arrived...the tracking states arrived into customs at Gatwick on the 5th may bit that's where the trail ends! Daily emails from them telling me I can't have a refund as the package has been delivered!! When it hasnt and they can't prove this to me ...tracking status hasn't changed since 5th may..DO NOT BUY FROM THE VILE SCAMMING COMPANY WHO ARE JUST THERE TO TAKE HONEST PEOPLES MONEY!!!

Scammers. Item not as described and wrong colour. Very evasive via email with no resolution.
Refused to refund or send replacement, and now refusing to reply to emails.
Avoid at all costs.
I’m going to leave negative reviews everywhere I see the name XIGOOT, especially on Facebook.
I have had to put in a claim from my Card Issuer.
These people have no interest in looking after their customers or resolving issues.
Avoid.

Product didn’t arrive. Another scam company. Don’t bother wasting your money. Received an email today from them asking me to receive the product that I received 14 days ago. Well I didn’t receive it and when I clicked on the link to leave the review there’s was no option to leave it anywhere. Lesson learnt. Asshats.

NO STARS…. Do not order from this scamming company. They do not send anything you buy and promise to return your money then never send that either!!

Exactly the same as others, ordered what was advertised as free wifi for life, which it most certainly is not as it requires a SIM card which is never mentioned in the advert. Took 15 days to arrive and within 15 mins of it arriving I had emailed them to ask how I go about returning it for a refund, no response other than ‘your email has been answered, please check it’ which seems to be the standard response from these scammers. AVOID AVOID AVOID, they will take your money and send you something useless

If I could give it no stars I would.
Did not receive my order and when I asked so called support for assistance I kept getting the same reply - even though i had had no reply! "Your email has been replied, please kindly check it.If you have any further questions,please feel free to follow this ticket,we'll do our best to solve it for you" - They do their best to do nothing at all. I only spent a couple of pounds but I pity those that spent more.

Terrible . I ordered selfie sticks buy 2 get one free .Advertised as being strong and sturdy .2 of the 3 arrived broken .Would advise to steer well clear of this company

I ordered a pair of waterproof trousers from them and unlike most of the reviews I actually received a pair of trousers. They were nothing like the ones I ordered. They are wafer thin, not waterproof and a +40” waist, I am a 36”. It’s a total scam.

This company is nothing but rubbish, I ordered advertised bra from them , got undersize ones and couldn't return them! they have no traceable contact , no genuine email, no returns policy, no refund,no reputation.

The item wasnt what i was exspecting from there read up there are no returns adress tried emailing them but just keeps saying not delivered so thats £18 down the drain will never order from them again seems a scam to me as you cant send items bck
