Untrustworthy webshop with bad customer…

Untrustworthy webshop with bad customer service.

Not all the products that we ordered were delivered and they didn’t inform us or anything that they didn’t have the product or didn’t send it. Also the money is not refunded. When we called them they didn’t even apologize or anything.

Don’t buy here if you want to actually get your products.

Hi, Please kindly provide us with your order number so we can investigate it properly. Normally we inform our customer when something is not in stock and we definitely have issued the refund right after the order is finished and we did apologize and we apologize again if this is your case. Besides, we have improved our stock management so the out of stock situation can be expected to happen less often.
