Can not get worse then this company. I wouldnt take it again if someone paid me! They made a mistake on my boarding pass and charged me 220$ to fix theyre mistake! Then they charged me twice for the flights and it took weeks of calling and getting hung up on before i had to just cancel my card. Do yourself a favor and dont fly with them.
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service - had to email and call more than four times to finally speak to someone in English. They had printed my name back to front and they charged me 50 euros to change it! Rude service and unresponsive. Would NOT recommend.
Our flight for Martinique was the most ridiculous experience ever!
The flight had a delay of 21hours, the company informed us the same day of the departure and we all lost one day and a half of holiday.
Seats were uncomfortable, impossible to sleep and beverage had extra costs. We paid 1,2K € for the travel. Not exactly a low cost company...
