Everything was clear and fair

Sending replacement in case of damage discovered at delivery without the customer having to send back the damaged item.

First all the positive things :
I ordered a pair of motorjeans from xlmoto in my jeans size 32 waist & 34 length, i am 189cm tall & weigh about 75-80kg according to all the reviews & that was the correct thing to do.

The jeans did finally arrive, the fit was good & correct, they had enough stretch in them, the model i ordered was a slim model & the fit was good, the knee pads are very hard against your knees, you cannot walk in them, i have to replace these with softer ones.

Now for the many negative points :

The jeans bleed a lot when you wash them, they are not colour fast !!!

It's a real pity that after reading all the reviews from other customers that also pointed out the bad delivery they got via GLS that xlmoto continues to use this courier company, sadly i cannot say they were better, the experience was truly awful & will put me off buying anything via xlmoto again, it's a pity that xlmoto does not give customers varies choices in delivery methods via other courier companies like many other online companies do, i had to get in touch with customer service many times & had Tom reply to me, he was not very helpful to say the least, xlmoto really has to work on the customer service, for now it is really terrible, i wish i could have given them a 5 stars but honestly giving 2 stars is being generous, they did not deserve it, the adress that i entered they decided to NOT put the correct adress on the package & i had to get on the site by GLS to change it, talk about incompetent & then GLS made the crappy excuse that they could not find it, which was total B.S. other courier companies have no problem coming to my postal adress, after many emails back & fourth they finally delivered my package after a lot of stress.

All of this hassle was not needed, only if xlmoto had done there job more securely. I cannot recommend buying from them until they change the shipping process, they need to do there job better & use a better company for delivery, until this option is given.

My advice to other buyers is steer well clear of them, unless you want a big headache !!!! The price saving is not worth this hassle.

The excuse xlmoto comes with a few days later is not correct, this is so typical of them to take no responsibility, they give no options for delivery as they claim & as for the washing it was done by hand in cold water & the jeans bleed a lot, so there claims that they make are untrue, again i would say, steer well clear from a company that behaves like this !

All went as should! Quality products at a fair price. Try their Course brand, you won't regret it!

I bought hand caps for my motorcycle, but they have sent the wrong version. So it did not fit to my motorcycle. I had to return the product and they will send the right version afterwards.
Therefore I had to send some photos first, before I could resend the wrong product.
I hope the new delivery will fit to my motorcycle.

Update: I did receive a refund for the shipping costs because of a misunderstanding, so I updated the stars. For this was the reason for my complaint.

I ordered a motorjeans (brand Course) in my regular size (waist 32 Length 34)They send me a jeans which totally was not in accordance with the size on the label. So I send it back claiming the article was not as discribed. I had to pay shipping to send the jeans back. Then they suggested me to order a different size but I had to pay shipping again 😆🤪

No more motor xl shopping for me!

Very good stuf, very fast and cheap.

Course Ranger 2.0 is a great product for the money.
I'm on the large end of a medium size, a medium for me is always tight to begin with as can be expected but some customers suggested to take one size up since the Ranger 2.0 measures small. So I chose a large and they were right, it fits perfectly, is comfortable and wind nose is not bad at all. My overall rating is "better than expected".
All in all I'm very happy.

almost 3 weeks and still have not received what i ordered. Cancelled bike trip due to non delivery of items. Poor after sales service!

The price for this article was unbeatable. It came in properly wrapped and undamaged. The delivery was not next day, as is almost expected these days, but it was advertised as such (and came in the timeframe they specified beforehand). I did not mind waiting a few more days for that price.

Quality - Price way better than expected; very pleasant surprise!

We placed an order july 10th and today july 25th we still haven't received it. We contacted the helpdesk on july 24th and they told us that it can take another 14 days before they can let us know what happened with the order.
