Despite of size chart way too small.
Ordered a summer jacket off the Course brand.
I measured myself and checked the size chart.
I found the correct size in the chart and ordered the jacket.
When the jacket arrived i tried it on.
I could even close it.
The sizes in the chart are way off...
Kinda disappointing.
Fast delivery though...

Not delivering what they offer on website
Ordered a RK Chain but recieved a D.I.D. chain. When I contacted XL Moto they said that the picture was wrong on the website(as was the text) but also implied that I also could have known somehow but still offered to take the item back for a full refund. I decided to keep the chain as I could still use it for my intended purpose but also feared that returning the chain could lead to more problems as I have no more trust in XL Moto as they still advertised the RK chain on their website with the corresponding wrong picture and text allthough they told me they couldn't deliver said RK chain. So I decide to never do business with them again as I can't be sure if the product that is advertised is really what is going to be delivered.
And the RK 420 MRU Chain is still on the website today so instead of saying that you're sorry just fix the problem.

Delivered in time, complete and undamaged.
The helmet looked new and not used before.
Invoice with tax specification was not included (also not by e-mail), but I contacted XLmoto via the website and within 24 hrs I received the invoice with tax specification in pdf.
So, correct delivery and correct customer service.
