I made a deposit of 8000 INR through UPI on 3rd March to my XM trading account. The payment was successfully completed from my bank side, but the amount has still not been credited to my trading account.

I have already sent the payment proof and UPI screenshot to the support team, but I have not received any response yet.

This is very disappointing. I request XM to check my transaction and credit the amount as soon as possible.

30+ Days for a Simple Refund – Unacceptable Delays and Non-Existent Support

My experience with XM has been deeply frustrating and concerning. I initiated a withdrawal of $854 (Account 400928960) on January 30, 2026. I acknowledged that I provided an invalid bank account number. However, the receiving bank should have immediately rejected the transfer and returned the funds.

Despite over a month of constant follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. I have received nothing but generic, evasive, and unhelpful replies from the Customer Experience Team.

Their latest response is the most shocking: they state the transaction was "successfully processed" on their end and that I must "resolve this with your Bank directly," while simultaneously denying my repeated requests for the essential UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) or bank rejection number. My bank cannot trace a transfer without this specific reference.

XM is actively refusing to provide the one piece of information I need to resolve the error they claim is out of their hands. They have taken no meaningful action for over 30 days and are shifting all responsibility. This is not the conduct of a "trusted broker."

XM Global Ltd – They Stole My 0.464 ETH, Lied, and Now I Challenge Them

I am already fighting with XM (Cyprus entity) for the return of my 0.46421304 ETH. But XM Global Ltd (Belize) is no different – same scam, same lies.

Here's what they did:
1.Took my deposit (BscScan proof attached).
2. First said "safe" and "recoverable".
3. Then promised "will credit or refund" (26 Feb email).
4. Then suddenly said "lost" email
5. Now completely silent. Blocked me on Twitter. Disabled replies on Trustpilot.

The Truth They Can't Hide:
1.BscScan proves my funds reached their wallet on 11 Feb. NOT lost.
2.BVNK's policy: EVM-compatible networks auto-process cross-chain payments. My transaction was successful.
3. If address was invalid, transaction would have failed. It succeeded → address valid.
4.BVNK investigating (Request #160250).

I Challenge XM Global Ltd Publicly:

XM Global Ltd, you claim my funds are "lost". Prove it.

Ask your payment partner BVNK for written proof that:

1. Despite EVM-compatible networks auto-processing, my transaction cannot be recovered.

Then on Day 21: "Funds lost"

If funds were lost, why did you keep promising refunds for 16 days?
1.You knew they were in your wallet.
2.You knew you could return them.
3. You just didn't want to.

Truth:
1. BscScan proves funds reached THEIR wallet on Day 1. Still there.
2.BVNK's policy: EVM networks auto-process. My tx succeeded.
3. BVNK investigating (Request #160250). They have the keys.

I'm not alone: Hundreds on Trustpilot with same issue – months of lies, no action.

My challenge:
Prove my funds are "lost". Show BVNK's written proof that recovery is impossible.

Worst broker

• I made multiple deposits — ALL remained pending for over 3 MONTHS with no resolution.
• I requested a €600 withdrawal (15 Feb 2026) but received only €300. The remaining €300 is STILL unpaid.
• My account balance is now €0, yet my money has not been fully returned.
• Support repeatedly says “under investigation” with NO timeline.
• My Account Manager made multiple promises that were never fulfilled.
• After raising this publicly, I was BLOCKED on X (Twitter), preventing further communication.

40+ Days Delay – XM Blaming “Provider” Instead of Solving the Issue

I am very frustrated and disappointed with XM.
It has been over 40 days, and my two deposits (₹30,000 and ₹3,500) are still not credited to my trading account. This is completely unacceptable.
What is even more frustrating is that XM keeps saying they are “waiting for the payment provider.”
Let me be very clear — this is NOT the customer’s problem.
I deposited money into XM, not into any third-party provider.
It is XM’s full responsibility to ensure that deposits are processed on time.
Why should a user suffer for internal issues between XM and their provider?
I have already:
Contacted support multiple times
Sent all payment proofs
Followed up continuously for weeks
Yet there is:
No resolution
No clear timeline
Only repeated excuses**

Account Refusal Without Explanation After Previous Bonus Dispute

I previously opened an account with XM and received a no-deposit bonus.
I traded the bonus and generated profits. My account was later suspended and the profits were removed on the grounds that my trading style was considered “high risk”.

At the time, I accepted their decision and did not pursue further action.

Recently, I attempted to open a new account using a different email address but submitted the same legal identification documents for verification.

My application was rejected, and I received a final notice stating that I am permanently banned from opening any account with the company. No specific clause or detailed explanation was provided.

While I understand brokers have internal risk policies, I believe clients deserve transparency, especially when a permanent restriction is imposed.

I am sharing my experience so other traders are aware of how promotional trading disputes may affect future account eligibility.

Doing scams with their clients

I made a deposit on 30/01/2026 of inr 9200 . The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account. And already checked with the bank the amount was successfully transferred to the beneficiary. made a deposit to my XM trading account on 29 January 2026 using local bank transfer. By mistake, the payment was done via NEFT, which later showed as not supported on the gateway.
My bank (SBI) has officially confirmed that the amount was successfully credited to the gateway beneficiary bank account. However, the funds were not credited to my XM trading account, and a refund is still pending.
I have shared all requested documents and proofs with XM Compliance. The case is under investigation, but I have not received a clear timeline for refund or resolution.
I am requesting either:
A refund back to my bank account, or
Credit of the amount to my XM trading account.

My experience with XM was far worse…

My experience with XM was far worse than expected. After trading and becoming profitable, my account was suddenly flagged and closed under vague claims of “bonus misuse / coordinated trading.”
There was no warning, no prior restriction, and no clear explanation of what exactly was wrong with my trades. The decision was simply communicated as “final,” leaving no real way to defend or clarify anything.
What makes this especially concerning is how subjective and one-sided the process is. Everything appears fine while you deposit and trade, but once profits build up, rules are enforced retroactively and at the broker’s discretion.
Profits linked to bonuses were removed, even though trades were placed manually. This creates an environment where traders carry all the risk, while the broker can change outcomes after the fact.
Between unpredictable slippage, promotional traps, and account closures after profitability, this platform does not feel transparent or trustworthy. I strongly recommend avoiding this broker.

My fellow traders, after a long and arduous 54-day ordeal, I finally recovered a portion of my funds from this fraudulent broker. I advise you to stay away from these scammers. They have many methods to steal traders' money. Even if you're successful and try to withdraw your funds, you might find yourself in the same situation as me: they refuse to transfer your money, leaving you stuck for nearly two months until they negotiate with you and you only get back a portion, not all of it. Ultimately, the worst experience with a broker who claims to be trustworthy but is actually a bunch of scammers is with XM Global. Be extremely careful and do not deal with this fraudulent broker They receive 5 stars for worst their support in the world, and they also receive 5 stars for silencing any complaints posted on social media, as happened to me when I commented on their page at X about my problem. They blocked me to silence me and you can check my profile photo i but it there and prevent me from exposing their tricks and fraudulent methods. i made deposit and they are like ohh you, did it?? we didn't see how you did it.

i provide all the essential documents and screenshots with very clear information and still they are looking like ohhh man how this person made the deposit

don't understand what they want to investigation

no person will talk with you just automative response get.
