Worst Deposit Experience

My experience so far has been mixed. The trading conditions seem fine, but I am disappointed with the delay in resolving my concern. I have already contacted customer support and shared the required details, yet the issue remains pending.

Repeated KYC Rejections, Poor Communication, and Wasted Time

I had a very disappointing experience with XM’s verification and customer support process.
I uploaded my documents multiple times (4–5 times), including different identity documents as requested, yet my application kept getting rejected without clear, actionable guidance. Each time, I followed the instructions provided by the verification team, only to receive another rejection.
I contacted customer support several times through live chat and email. Unfortunately, the responses were mostly generic and did not help resolve the issue. I was repeatedly redirected to upload documents again, which resulted in a significant waste of time and effort.
Eventually, my application was rejected for “compliance reasons,” and my email address was blocked, without a transparent explanation of what exactly went wrong or how it could have been avoided from the beginning.
For a broker of this size and reputation, I expected a clearer verification process and more responsible customer support. This experience caused unnecessary frustration and delays.
I hope XM reviews this case seriously and improves their KYC communication and support handling for future clients.

Everytime you give withdrawal they keep…

**29Jan update**I reseived a reply requesting account details, but no reply after that. 28th Jan'26 given 240$ and today 250$ 29th jan'26. Same issues. Wondering how they will handle big withdrawals. Still waiting for their reply!
**Everytime you give withdrawal they keep our money not delivering to our bank account. Automated system confirms in 5 minutes. As per their commitment 24 hrs for bank transfer but they do not meet that. Simply say third part payment partner will have to pay. Whenever you contact live agent they will say 2-5 business working days. I don't understand whether XM has control over their payment partners or vice versa. They don't even take Or register a ticket if we contact them. I am tired of waiting for money everytime giving withdrawal. Also some time part payments.... Ohhh dont know how or when they will improve. Real Agents are thr worst than an AI not.

I deposited ₹3,100 INR on 21 January at 9:55 PM (IST) using UPI via the official QR code provided by XM. The transaction was successfully completed, and the amount was debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my XM trading account even after more than 48 hours.

I have contacted XM multiple times via email and live chat. Unfortunately, the only response I receive is:
“Your case is under investigation. We cannot provide a time frame.”
No additional clarification, estimated resolution time, or written confirmation has been provided. Live chat support repeats the same statement and closes the conversation without escalation. Emails are either unanswered or receive automated replies.
Since the payment was made directly to the UPI QR code supplied by XM, the transaction should be easily traceable using the UTR number. UPI payments are instant and fully trackable, so an indefinite investigation period is not reasonable for a confirmed transaction.
At the time of deposit, XM’s UPI services were frequently shown as under maintenance, and alternative UPI options appeared unavailable or non-functional. This raises serious concerns about deposit handling and internal reconciliation processes.
I am requesting:
Immediate verification of the transaction using the UTR number
Credit of ₹3,100 INR to my XM account, or
A clear written explanation and defined resolution timeline

Never trade your hard earned money with…

Never trade your hard earned money with XM global because you will be disappointed. Traded with them and put SLs and TPs on my trades only for XM to let the account blow up without triggering the stop losses in place. Upon contacting them I was given a lousey answer that SLs and TPs are not guaranteed on their platform. The question is how do you practice risk management when their platform does not recognize client SLs and TPs? Basically this is a scam broker that thrives on clients losing their money to survive. How they got licenced boggles my mind. Word of advise is don't trade with these idiots you will lose your investment and their support network does not even answer you when you query. South Africans stop being lured by this scam broker

This company has worst customer service ever.

My money is stucked . After getting all required documents and getting verification done on phone call as well my account manager informed me after three weeks that I can withdrawal. When I submitted they send email my case is still on review. I was using XM from last almost 1 year+. Everything was going beautiful, Spreads, Withdrawal and serverup time. everything was good. But everything changed in November, i had multiple trades open 1 was in loss and 3 was in massive profit. Suddenly, i got a Email from XM that my account is terminated due to "Thirdparty Usage". I sent multiple request to check again because i am doing trading personally myself. and even i have travelled to other locations. i requested them to even check the IP Addresses and MAC addresses of my device but every time they are saying. "we can not share the details. Our decision is Final". As a proffesional trader i wanted more than 2 week for this to be sorted but XM have no interest on it. so, i am leaving review here for SCAM/Fraud. they have deducted all of my profit which have made and also deducted my deposit amount and not sharing any kind of information.

XM is one of the worst trading apps I have ever used.
I made a deposit on 15/12/2025 at 3:36 PM, and the money is STILL not credited to my trading account.
For days, customer support keeps repeating the same line: “We are investigating” — no resolution, no timeline, no responsibility.
The most suspicious part?
❗ XM has DISABLED COMMENTS on Google Play Store, clearly to hide negative reviews and real user experiences. If everything was transparent, why block public feedback?
This is a serious red flag for any trader.
No deposit credit + no accountability + no open reviews = ZERO TRUST.
❌ Funds not credited
❌ Extremely poor customer support
❌ No transparency
❌ Comments blocked to avoid criticism
Do NOT risk your money here. Stay away from XM.

Litteraly i cant even give one star for this fraudal broker. The people who seeing this review im advising you not to take this broker. This broker is scammers. They dont know where our deposit goes. I will say clearly what happend to me and what i do upto this so far. On dec 5 2025 i deposit an small amount of 150 dollar to xm. Because of trust issue with these type of platfrom i take all payment page screeshot everytime. When i select upi a page comes from xm that is their payment provider page where i should do payment.i take screenshot from that and i copy upi id provide by their payment system. After that i deposit amount that shown and after that also it show successfully your deposit request is procceseed. After that. I go to my application.(xm ) my deposit is not credited to my account. So i contact support they say maximum 30 minutes. Ok then i wait. After 30 minutes no fund is show in my trading account. So i do mail to relation ship manager that was provided by xm for me. Her name is mahima. See the worst relation ship officer that i meet on my 10 years of trading journey. I will say why i say like that.i contact her she say send all screenshot. I submitted all the screen shot.24 houra finished no reply from anyone. Always saying wait. Another day always they saying wait. And they are talking me with rude attitude. Still my fund is not received. I contact mahima. She is not replying or connecting with me. Now see after 5 days rhey said they didnt get fund. I have proof of all i say na i already take all screenshot. After that they say go with your bank. I go there they state that payment was successfull to that account provided by xm. So i request bank to send me mail regarding that. I need proof that why i request bank for that. Upto this they are not replying properly abd said wait for 7 workinf days. 7 working days finished as of 15th dec 25. Till i didnt get fund i already forward mail from bank to mahima. One thing i forget to say. On last wednesday i got a call from an xm agent saying im calling behalf of mahima. Mahima request them to call me and they blackmail me just saying if you text us again for this issue you will not going to get this fund. I already shocked they take my money and blackmailing me. Its not acceptable. Till i didnt get my fund. If anyone need proof of this all things i have screenshot record on this matter. Im saying really dont use xm. This is my 3rd review on trustpiolt about xm whenevr i review they request my mail id and phonenumber. I always provided that till i didnt grt any call or mail from them. Xm scammed with holding my funds which…

Xm scammed with holding my funds which i deposited.
I deposited 1000$ with crypto and made some trades,
overall i ended up with 1200$ and when i went for withdraw,
they took my to different verificatins (even though my account was fully verfied with documents before i even took 1st trade).
Now its been 5 days they keep rejecting my withdraw requests and i get a feel they are trying to fraud,
but i wont sit and follow it everywhere online untill i get my funds back.
Note : i will keep updating this review based on how their support resolve the matter.

I have deposited funds via both bank transfer and cryptocurrency. All my deposits have been confirmed, yet the company is not releasing my withdrawal — neither in crypto nor to my bank account.

I have tried to withdraw my profit, but they are refusing to release it. I have submitted all requested documents, screenshots, and video proofs, yet my withdrawal has still not been processed.

Customer support does not respond properly and repeatedly asks for the same information. This is very disappointing and clearly seems like a deliberate delay tactic.
