Waiting for XM To add tradingview…

Waiting for XM To add tradingview charts for PC, it would be great to trade with the broker I like on the charts that I like. MT5 is just not for me as of this moment, a bit complex and I just don't want to get used to another platform and risk my comfort for a little while. About other spheres like coniditons for trading, xm should keep it up and continue with decent service.

My funds were withdrawn without my authorization despite 2FA enabled

I have been a client of XM and recently faced a serious issue. My account had Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) fully enabled for security, yet my funds were withdrawn to a different account without my request or approval.
I immediately contacted XM support and compliance, asking for detailed transaction logs, including IP address, device information, and location of the withdrawal. Unfortunately, until today I have not received a satisfactory explanation or the requested details.
This experience has severely affected my trust, especially since I expected stronger protection for accounts with 2FA enabled. I hope XM takes this matter seriously and provides full transparency to its clients.

Phantom prices

Experienced trader here. Ifind this a horrible company and have only used them for demi accounts for testing. They a. Charge RIDICULOUS fees and b. Some of their assets make fantasized moves that did not happen in reality. E.g. check the daily high and lows of the DJI on Trading view with those on XM.e.g. August 11 2025. I got cheated by xm I made a deposit of 3000 inr.via UPI but they didn't give me my deposit and I send endless mails with proof but they insist they didn't receive my deposit. I send them my proof of successful transaction receipt bank statement and everything even I raise a complaint with my bank about deposit and my bank confirm the deposit has been successful but xm didn't provide the statement of its bank account I got cheated please be careful guys I know I don't have any chance to get my money back but I post this to aware another people be careful before create a account with xm. I opened my first account with XM…

I opened my first account with XM Global (Account No. 12337236) and made a profit through normal trading. However, when I requested a withdrawal, they removed my profit and started making unreasonable demands for documents.

I was asked to provide:
1. An official, stamped bank statement showing my name, account number, and bank name
2. A selfie video holding my ID and a signed blank page with the date
3. A screen recording showing my crypto deposit details and address

Despite fulfilling every single requirement and even sending everything directly to their manager via email, XM has stopped responding. No one is helping me, and they keep delaying or asking for more things again and again, without giving a valid reason.

This feels like a scam to delay or deny withdrawals. I’ve never faced such issues with any other broker.

If you’re a new trader, I strongly advise against using XM. They may allow trading, but they block profits and ask for endless verification when it’s time to withdraw.

This is my honest experience. I’m still waiting for my rightful funds.

XM offers terrible customer service

XM offers terrible customer service. If you face a problem, expect nothing but robotic template replies. Their platforms are unstable and can cost you your investment.
I had an issue with my capital — instead of resolving it, they started gaslighting me. It’s been over 60 days and still no resolution.
Their so-called regulation dropped from five authorities to just one, and the IFSC is useless. It feels like XM owns them.
Honestly, you’d be safer gambling in a casino than trusting XM with your money.

Indicatores

Few years with them, on and off, overall has been great. Last year especially, since the markets are all in trend now. I just follow the trend, dont trying to overcomplicate things, and still works. I think because of low spreads, and the indicators that I set up in metatrader. WIth my own eyes, would not spot as many trends as I do with that.

⚠️ XM SCAM ALERT – A SLAP ON THEIR FACE ⚠️


XM has been delaying my withdrawal since July 12th, 2025.

I submitted ALL required documents – bank statement, email, transaction screenshots – yet all I get is copy-paste replies:
"Your case is under investigation."
"Please wait patiently."

⛔ More than 20 days passed. No update. No refund. No resolution.

XM is quick to take your money, but disappears when it's time to return it.
This is NOT just delay — this is pure deception.

Their so-called "multiple regulations" mean NOTHING if clients are treated like this.
They are openly scamming Indian traders.

❌ No SEBI regulation
❌ No real customer support
❌ Only delay, lies, and mental torture
❌ Written replies full of excuses

I've traded with Exness and Vantage – never faced such issues.
**Stay far away from XM. Even by mistake, don't trade here.**

This is a WARNING to all Indian traders –
DON'T FALL INTO XM's TRAP.

I will keep exposing XM across all platforms until I get my money back.

My friend Hadi Ghamlouch deposited €50…

My friend Hadi Ghamlouch deposited €50 into his XM Global account and received an additional €50 credit as part of a promotion. Through successful trading, he grew his balance to €270. However, when he attempted to withdraw the money, the process kept failing repeatedly. Each time he tried, the withdrawal would not go through, and the balance would revert back—making it impossible to actually access the funds.

This experience feels misleading and dishonest. It appears that XM Global has no intention of letting users withdraw profits earned from their own trading efforts, especially when promotional credits are involved. We reached out for support but got no helpful response,just generic replies.

I strongly advise others to stay away from XM Global unless you’re okay with depositing money you may never get back.

"My experience with this trading company was extremely disappointing. I invested my money with them, but when I tried to withdraw it, I found that they were unable to fulfill my withdrawal requests. They kept claiming that the bank was responsible for the delay, but after further investigation, it became clear that the problem lay with the company itself.

The customer service was terrible, with uncooperative and unresponsive representatives who seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. They responded to my inquiries slowly and without concern, making me feel like they didn't care about customer satisfaction.

I strongly advise against dealing with this company, as they are untrustworthy and lack transparency in their dealings. If you're looking for a reliable trading company, it's best to explore other options."

Honestly….

To be honest, this platform isn't real. The primary issues here have been the lack of withdrawal options and subpar services. The experience with them was depressing. I studied up on Good merit. Their consistent income and excellent services are unmatched.

Scam / Identity Theft & Funds Withheld by XM

I attempted to open an XM trading account, but my application was rejected because my personal information (ID and selfie) had already been used to open an account under an unknown email address.

After contacting support and updating my email, I successfully opened an account and deposited funds. However, when I tried to withdraw, an unfamiliar SCB bank account number appeared, which belonged to an unknown third party. XM support then claimed that funds had already been withdrawn from my account.

Subsequently, my account was closed by XM due to "third-party access." Despite submitting my deposit slips and bank book to request a withdrawal of my remaining funds, my withdrawal request was rejected. XM also informed me that a significant portion of my funds was deducted, claiming that previous withdrawals had "covered all profits and initial deposits."

XM has stated they cannot do anything further, as the initial account using my details was "opened legitimately." My personal information was clearly used fraudulently, my funds were withdrawn without my consent, and XM has now withheld my remaining balance. This is a clear case of identity theft and potential scam, with XM failing to protect my funds and personal data.

I have been working at XM for over 15…

I have been working at XM for over 15 years since the time of Tradingpoint. I have minor problems with withdrawals, but I have not encountered any annoying situation. The children wrote ignorant comments without knowing about the investment and withdrawal processes.

I just talked to real chat that regulated in Dubai but withdraw coming from internationally take 5 day . not from local bank as they regulated . However I got all the point how they block funds and profit . Thank you all I am back from xm and choosing another local broker that regulated in Dubai and withdraw with in an hour in bank account . I feel scammed by XM – no deposit in account

I deposited money into my XM account on June 13, 2025. The money was taken from my bank, and I sent them all the proofs: bank statement, transaction ID, even the confirmation from the payment provider. But until now, the money is missing and support keeps telling me to wait.

At first they said 24 hours, then after that they said it's weekend, and then they asked for 10 working days. I waited and followed up many times. Still nothing.

They just keep saying “our team is checking with the provider” but nothing happens. I feel like they are avoiding responsibility.

I also searched online and found many people with the same issue – money missing, and no clear answers.

I’m warning everyone: be careful before trusting XM with your money. What’s happening is not okay.

Withdrawals Made Impossible – Euro Bank Account Required in Egypt?!

Review:

My name is Mohamed Mokhtar Mokhtar, and my account number with XM is 361122333.

I have been trying to withdraw my funds for over a month. I submitted all required documents, completed identity verification, and provided full proof of my crypto deposit.
To my surprise, I was told that the only available withdrawal method is through a Euro bank account.

This is completely unreasonable — I live in Egypt, and opening a Euro account here is extremely difficult and not practical at all.

XM has rejected my crypto transaction proof, blocked all other withdrawal methods like Skrill, Neteller, and even refused to resend to the same crypto wallet I deposited from.
Every time I provide something, they just ask for something else.

At this point, it feels like XM is deliberately making it impossible to access my own funds.

I no longer care about profits – I just want to withdraw my original balance.
If you’re not based in Europe, think twice before depositing with XM. Your money may be locked.

Systematic Account Wound Down without Reason

There is an issue I'm currently trying them to resolve but they're asking me for mosquito teeth. I'm greatly disappointed in this company after all the hype of award winning this and that.
After noticing I'm not making progress despite positive trades I decided to hedge all entries, removing TP and SL. I use this a lot with other brokers to hold my account constant, no gain no loss until further notice. Guys, my account recorded no trades but consistently went from $162 to $148, until it touched $119 when I raised alarm via email. I opened no new trades, no TP, no SL no price variations, just an account that should dance around itself. This happened in the two accounts I hold with them while the ones with other brokers remained static.
Five emails they ignored me but when I talked about deposit they responded within five minutes. Their customer care were asking me to prove it, a clear case of intentional act. Just connect a little software somewhere that would be collecting people's deposit small small for you.
I should prove depreciating account that is not recorded in the history? No sign anywhere except that they wind down the account. I've traded with them for six years but never withrew a dime but makes consistent withdrawals with the other brokers.
I'm still following up on them and see how it would come out although not much is expected. I intend dragging them to the regulator. Im really disappointed at XM, honestly.
