Perfect Spot for Visiting Amsterdam
Check in was extremely easy and we were able to check in a bit early without a problem. The room and bathroom was clean and well stocked! The location is perfect; literally right next to the to a train stop that’s isn’t too crowded and is well connected to both the airport and city center with minimal train changes needed. They even held out bags for us after we checked out so we could enjoy the city a little bit more that the end of our trip.

We enjoyed the location very near Amsterdam Centraal station. Room was very quiet . Maid service daily . Secure entrance after a certain time of day. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend better lighting in the room as was very dark at times especially with cloudy rainy weather we had. WiFi was hit or miss at times. No bells and whistles but we didn’t need that and we’re not expecting it as we spend very little time in our hotel . Essentially a comfortable quiet room with nice bathroom . There is an in room safe as well.

Tight space for 3 adults
I booked a triple room for 3 adults for 4 nights. The room was very small, with space for just one person to pass between the foot of the beds and the wall and one person to pass between the beds. There was not enough space to store unpacked clothing for 3 people and no space to put luggage out of the way. There was only a single light that did not light the door/hallway area. In European style there was only a duvet on the bed, but it was too hot for me so I had to pull out the duvet and use the cover like a sheet for better comfort (couldn’t turn down the temp because my daughters were cold). When we checked in the desk clerk was rather abrupt, but others we encountered seemed nicer. The shower pressure was excellent and the beds were comfortable. We couldn’t opt for the €20 breakfast because of a lack of vegan options so had to go with the even more pricey cafe next door. The hotel is right next to the main museums and tram/bus stops including the 397 bus to/from the airport. It’s about a 1.7 mile walk to Centraal Station but the way Amsterdam is laid out means a lot of walking regardless of where you are located, so I found the location to be good, plus it was quiet at night. Overall it was pricey for the size of the room.

Room 534 is so small that is not possible to open fully the closet because of the adjacent bed. Impossible to put the cloths inside or use the mirror. The blinders do not fully covering the window and the light enters directly on the bed.

We were warmly welcomed by the lovely staff at XO Hotels Park West Amsterdam. They helped to settle any problems very quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, and both the check-in and check-out process were smooth and fast.
The location is also very convenient, with the tram right outside the hotel and it takes only around 20–25 minutes to reach Central Amsterdam. There are also supermarkets and eating places within just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Basic accommodations. The room was claustrophobic. When I inquired at the reception desk about a different room, the woman there waved her hand in a dismissive way; other staff were good. Location is good for several museums, but 20-40 minute walk away from the activity of Amsterdam. EXPENSIVE. QUIET. Up-charge for breakfast with no good alternatives nearby. 🫤

XO Couture Hotel was the first to pop out of our search and has been our choice after a quick comparison with another property.
We had the best experience overall from registration on 5/2/26 to check out 5/8/26. The room was immaculately clean and the staff were very quick to respond to our request for supplies. Breakfast spread was great.
The train stop access was very helpful.

Great location, apart from trams to/from the station with luggage we walked everywhere from the hotel. We skipped breakfast at the hotel in favour of brunch at various nearby cafes- loads of choice. Rooms and bathrooms are very small but fully equipped despite the size and suitable for a short stay. Reception is largely automated but friendly staff help. Great location and awesome staff
The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and professional. The tram is right next to the hotel and gives you access to all of Amsterdam. Met the owners son Westly and he was friendly, helpful and professional.

Perfect for 4-day stay
I enjoyed my four-day stay at this hotel. From check-in to checking out, I didn’t have any issues. I was easily able to check myself into my room. My room was spotless except for a razor protector and a few strands of hair in the shower from previous guests, which wasn’t horrible. Other than that, everything was clean.
I was able to warm my room up on cooler days and cool my room as needed. I got the double twin room and was comfortable sleeping. I did have to fix the sheets a few times, but that could be due to turning in my sleep. The bed only had one sheet that wasn’t fitted, but again not the worst.
I originally booked for two nights and was able to extend two more days with no trouble. I didn’t get breakfast at the hotel, but they do have drink and snack vending machines as well as a microwave if you need to warm up leftovers, which was very helpful.
Having the tram right outside was amazing, and I always felt safe and comfortable in the area. I would stay here again for a future visit.

Nice location, friendly staff, loud at night
Nice location, right in the centre of old Amsterdam. This comes at a cost, however. It was really loud in the evening and at night.
The room was generally comfortable, but a bit stuffy. The air condition didn't help much.
The facilities have seen better times.
Descent breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Wow - we arrived as part of a party that other booked in the wrong hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and worked with the other hotels to help get us all together. I've never experienced anything like it and was a great start to an amazing stay with the team. Everything else was exactly as expected, hearty breakfast opportunities , clean hotel ad very helpful staff for guidance and insights. Thank you and will absolutely stay with you again
