I had doubts to order from them as I…
I had doubts to order from them as I thought the lead time will be very long. For the first order I used Auto quoting (which works absolutely perfect) and paid straight away, as I needed parts quite urgently for prototyping purposes. I was surprised to receive them in one week perfectly manufactured, even though the delivery came from outside of UK (from EU).
For the following orders, and larger q-ties I used targeted pricing, and again, could not be happier with offered prices and the lead time.
Customer support is also very responsive and helpful. Strongly recommend this company.

Easy online part ordering process, tons of materials, printing technologies and machining technologies as well as many finish/plating options. It's also nice being able to choose between manufacturing domestically or abroad based on budget, time constraints, or IP sensitivity.

Reliable Service and Great Platform
Xometry consistently provides excellent customer service, and it really shows in how they support customers throughout the ordering process. Terrible service
Terrible service, Extremely late replies from the team. I ordered some parts expecting them to be manufactured in the uk, was charged a hefty price. Found out that my order was going to be produced in china. Was made aware of this after my order was manufactured, and was asked to take care of Import fees.
You are better of ordering directly from china at least the prices will be cheaper.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Waste of time
After having to wait over two weeks for a very small 3D print..it arrived in a box much bigger than what was needed for how small it was only to open it up to find it being much smaller than it was suppose to be and to have parts of it fused when it shouldn't have been.

it took about two months and two…
it took about two months and two attempts for them to finally decide that they were unable to make the part. then they sent the refund to the wrong party, not me. and i informed them of all of this and they don't respond unless i chase them around. and when they do respond it's always "i'm sorry there is nothing we can do". so i'm giving up, writing this review, and having my attorney look at the situation, cuz i think their payment to a third party (which they claim but i can't see) doesn't resolve or address my claim against them that they never produced the part.
2025-10-20 update:
dear xometry:
i provided the extra information that you requested on october 12 on the same day that you requested it and i haven't heard from you since. and today my attorney has replied and says that if you can provide verifiable proof of the refund to the third party then we can use that proof to have a claim against the third party and that also satisfies any claim that we have directly with you. the verifiable proof would include enough tracking information that i could call one of the intermediate banks and verify that the money was actually refunded. and if you are unable to provide that proof or didn't refund the money, the attorney says we have a solid claim against you. would you like to and are you able to provide me with the proof of refund?
10-30 update:
still no communication or resolution offered from xometry except for their public posting in trustpilot on october 12.
