This was my first time ordering a CNC machined part. The order process was simple and very easy to understand. I was given a number of manufacturing options and I chose international. I received emails to keep me updated with status and in no time I received my part. It was exactly what I ordered. I'm very happy with the final product.

The part was perfect! They follow the drawing and 3D data to the letter!

I'm really impressed with Xometry. I sent a fairly complex part for SLS printing and it came back perfect. The turnaround time was reasonable and the pricing was fair. I'll definitely be ordering parts from Xometry again.

Survey Response:
Xometry has been making mold cavity components for me for about three years. I have several injection molds assembled with their parts that are now in production. Some of these parts required tolerances as tight as ±0.002, and with good engineering drawings along with our models, Xometry has consistently delivered high-precision aluminum components to a very high standard.

Xometry is easy to upload the solidworks and get the pricing instantly. Also, the price is seemingly cheapest compared to other places, but the quality is at least as good as the others.

It was super easy to get a fast quote on some drawings I had. It was less than a week from quote to my door

For anything other than basic machining they're very slow to get back to you with a quote. Most parts are way overpriced compared to what you could get from a local shop. I've also heard they don't pay well and keep a huge amount of profit. It's a good idea but just need better execution.

The entire process was simple and painless. Xometry responded quickly with price options and suggestions, all very helpful. The final part was pretty much perfect, so nice to see the part we had worked so hard to perfect, come in as promised. We will definitely continue to go straight to Xometry for all out future needs.

Easy to use! Options on manufacturing, lead time and shipping to help with pricing. Great service, support and follow up… Thank you!

We found some dimensional discrepancies but were able to work through them.

I was able to economically test a print for an educational tool called a Galton Box. At scale the cost per piece is low enough to allow me to print one for each class I volunteer in.

These guys do a great job throughout the process. The website makes it super easy to get a quote and select the appropriate technology options.

In a word, partnership! I run a small business that contracts my services. Part of what I bring to the job is my use of 3D printed devices that resolve the issues I was hired to address. Xometry helps ensure my designs are printable by evaluating them before printing.

Great service for a very small order from a company that has mostly high volume clients! The parts (nylon SLS) were perfect. This provides an excellent workflow for prototyping locally in FDM, then ordering the part in SLS nylon, thus eliminating the Z-axis weakness typical of FDM. The parts (custom cycling pannier clips) have performed well in high stress conditions.

Their manifold blocks are some of the nicest we have ever seen over 40 years. Plus their ability to quote and deliver on small numbers can really make your project happen. We think milling is their strong thing. We had a problem with some turning but they resolved it immediately. They are sourcing from experts in different places, so I suppose you don't have continuity batch to batch. No issue if every batch is superb. We are fans.
