Scammers and fraudsters!!!! Avoid like the plague!!!

My mum has been well and truly scammed by you whilst trying to cancel her Amazon Prime account. She never wanted an account with you and even though we've cancelled her card you're still taking random payments. She has now had to cancel her card for a third time and you're causing her alot of unnecessary stress and not even replying to her emails. I have now e-mailed you myself and want it sorting ASAP. What you do amounts to deception and fraud and I will be reporting you to the relevant authorities!

NETFLIX has been taking $9.99 from my Bank every month. I asked you guys to cancel NETFLIX last xmas and you told me you had - but it's happened again yesterday.

I had doubts but proven wrong

I had doubts but proven wrong. This website is awesome. I plan to cancell several subscriptions such as Amazon Audio that has been very hard to cancel.

I couldn't find how to cancel this particular subscription and information regarding Xpendy came up and after much toing and froing I decided to give them a chance. So far so good as my date for deletion has not been reached.

It was quick and easy

It was quick and easy, as long as that bill doesn't pop up again at the end of the month I will be quite pleased cause for the last 3 months I’ve tried to do it myself and even though the person on the phone would tell me it was canceled, there would be that charge again at the end on the month.

I got charged $14.00+ for this company…

I got charged $14.00+ for this company to cancel another companies agreement. I had no idea there was an ongoing monthly charge of Approx. $7.00. It was almost impossible to cancel these charges. No live Customer Service phone number. I would never recommend this company.

This is a total scam!

This is a total scam! Even after we cancelled our subscription, they kept charging our credit card and now refuse to refund the money collected. DO NOT DEAL WITH EXPENDY!
