Very happy, my boiler broke down for the second time in 6 weeks so contacted David who got me the boiler I asked for the next day, Ross turned up as promised, changed out the boiler and left a tidy job, he left our thermostat in place which unfortunately wasn't compatible with the new boiler, but came back quickly when this was pointed out and fitted a new one, the service was great and, I think very reasonably priced, would highly recommend express Boiler solutions on our experience dealing with them

Excellent service by 2 very knowledgeable and pleasant engineers. All Covid restrictions adhered too as best as possible. Good communication with company after installation .Would definitely recommend this company for boiler installation.

Everything about this company was totally professional, with a friendly easy manner, and no pressure to commit. David gave us a price then left us to consider.
The heating engineers arrived on the agreed day, in the promised time window, and replaced the existing system that day. Their work was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

David arranged for the install to happen at a mutually convenient time and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when explaining the installation process. The engineers Barry & Ethan, who installed the boiler did a tremendous job, were polite, courteous, efficient and hard-working, plus took away the old boiler remnants and piping due for disposal and cleaned up after them. We were also talked through the technical aspects of the installation and also how to use the boiler and app for thermostatic control, which is a handy feature my old boiler didn’t have. I would very highly recommend Xpress Boiler Solutions Ltd to everyone and many thanks again to Barry & Ethan for a brilliant job!

Excellent experience with Xpress, David discussed all options and provided a competitive quote. Boiler replacement & system flush completed within 2 days of getting the quote. Barry and Ethan were very professional with the installation and had good Covid practices. Very good communication throughout and would highly recommend Xpress boiler solutions.

My mother's boiler failed and she was without heating and hot water - which is very concerning for a pensioner in poor health. I contacted a number of companies to ascertain what the the problem might be, and quote for a repair, or a new boiler. Xpress boiler solutions were both helpful and informative. They were able to source and install a new boiler within 24 hours. The technicians were unobtrusive and professional. The system was functioning immediately, and David followed up with a visit a couple of days later. A professional job at a good price. I have no hesitation in recommending Xpress Boiler Solutions!

Service was excellent. We had a small issue that wasn’t the fault of the company but they helped me fix it. Great price, hot house so very happy. David and all of his team including the installers were helpful and knowledgeable.

Best price given for a 'A' rated Boiler David was most helpful explaining all the different boilers on offer and Barry the engineer who fitted the Boiler was lovely very friendly all work done in one day and you wouldn't know he had been in the house all cleaned up when he finished very happy with the whole experience would thoroughly recommend to anyone needing a new Boiler
