Trying to call this company our boiler…

Trying to call this company our boiler still in warranty they won't answer phone sent emails and tried calling David plenty of times just ignoring his calls worst company for after service will be taking this further wish I would have read these reviews before giving them my business do not waste your money on this company.

Been Ghosted

Got boiler fitted 2023, excellent service at the time, as you’ll see on previous review, ( Bunny Boiler) unfortunately looks like it’s fell by the wayside? No response to any phone calls to office, just rings out, left a few voice mails to David’s mobile, No response! Have sent an email, No response! So really guarantee not worth the piece of paper it’s written on. Was trying to get 2nd year service done? Will have to look else where? Very disappointed as seemed to be genuine.

Promised 5 years boiler service!

It's one year from my central heating installation. Whole installation and experience is for a book story. Promised 5 years boiler service! Now I'm trying to contact MR. Dickson for a few weeks, but he's just ignoring me. I also found his business was dissolved, so probably he did the job without a license. Try a different company if you don't want troubles in the future.

Have tried numerous times to contact…

Have tried numerous times to contact David But to no avail.Tried calling the office in Bath Street Glasgow but no one answers the phone.
Emailed David called him left him messages regarding trying to get my boiler serviced but never heard a thing from him. I have had to and get another firm to service my boiler.

Do not go near

Do not go near. Very polite and helpful till they get your money.After sales is horrendous Mr Dickson never answers his phone or returns any messages you leave.The office never answers the phone.They have been reported to trading standards in the past .My husband and I are both in our late 70s and not getting the heating working is very stressful.The guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on when you can’t get them to acknowledge you.When they first fitted the new boiler we noticed water marks on the ceiling and discovered our loft was soaking they had not connected one of the pipes properly.Cowboys.

Xpress Boiler Solutions Glasgow new Alpha Combi Boiler

Bought a new Alpha Combi boiler from this company Xpress Boiler Solutions 2022 which went well,
UNTILL December 2024 when a leak was detected, resulting to permanent damage to the kitchen worktop in surrounding area.
Trying to to get them / him ( Director, David Dickson) to respond to my WhatsApp’s, E mails, and endless telephone calls to his mobile or his virtual company in Bath Street Glasgow was a embarrassment, eventually he did send a engineer out, who found the leak, however could not repair it due to the weather
Fast forward
Now June 2025 Still no joy from them. / him and now have another boiler company dealing with the repair
So please beware,
good at selling boilers
But not good at follow up on boiler repairs

Good turnaround

Bought a boiler from them in July 24. Yesterday no heating or hot water pressure had went to zero. Eventually got it working but to be on safe side wanted to book one of 2 free services I was promised from David when I purchased it. Boiler was over £2000. I have sent a message to David's mobile that I was given at time which he hasn't replied to and have called 0141 353 9365 which is telephone number on documentation and online for this company. This number is now saying not recognised. I do not know if this company is no longer if they have changed their name and telephone number or how I can contact them. I have already contacted Viessman who have confirmed boiler has been registered but for any free service I would need to contact company who installed it. If anyone has any more information on this please let me know thanks. Have received reply now from David who has arranged a service which is great and explained they didn't know their office number wasn't working that they will get it working again but same number. Thanks David

First class service

Excellent service from Xpress Boiler Soultions. From my quotation to install it was 2 days. Professional and friendly salesman and engineer and a fantastic price for the service received. Highly recommend

Excellent service all the way

Excellent service from start to finish. Can’t believe how quickly the boiler was installed from our initial home visit with David to being installed a couple of days later. The installation was completed over 2 days and the guys (Barry and Ethan) were excellent and cleaned up behind them, they were also very friendly. I had 4 quotes including one from British gas which was more than double what i actually paid. Highly recommend this company and I will definitely be telling people i know who to call.

Boiler Installation

The engineer encountered a leak in the existing system and were able to sort that as well as the boiler installation to complete the job. They were personable and worked hard to complete in one day. They left us with hot water and a tidy job. The boiler operating instructions were explained to us before leaving

David was great from start to finish during the site visit and following quote. He was friendly, knowledgable and experienced and let us know how the process would work.
