So from being in the position of changing training provider to Xs training has been the best decision I’ve made. Previous provider was all time wasting tactics trying to get more money out of you and getting the smallest task done could take months. The absolute opposite can be said for Craig wiltshire, always on the end of the phone weekdays and weekends, with genuine interest and helping to achieve your goals, 5 stars and more from me

Big thankyou to Craig Wiltshire for helping me get my NVQ completed. After a change of assessor late in my course Craig jumped in and saved the day. Very professional and great guy.

I heard about XS training from a colleague, whom had Craig as an assessor, he highly recommended me to him as he had very positive experience with him and the college, they offer online portfolio and also city and guilds qualification.
I always thought it was very hard as a lot of people struggle to complete it, especially the NVQ 2357
Well I’ve done it in 3 months, I put a lot of effort in it and had good guidance from Craig
He’s very knowledgeable, polite, very patient, good at explaining and replies to questions asked, if he is to go to holidays he always communicate and let us know so we can plan anyway I’d like to thank Mr Craig Whiltshire and Highly recommend him to anyone who wants to learn.

I started this course last year (2023) and my assessor was amazing, although I failed some assessments due to silly errors, the material given to me was amazing. Craig was my assessor and he was phenomenal throughout this NVQ. XS Training is an amazing service and they do what they can to help.
I didn't have the best start to the course as I wasn't understanding the assignments and it was just too much information at once.
Once I got my head around it and understood it, it was a walk in the park.
If you don't put the effort in, don't expect the results to change.
Since Craig took over on my portfolio it has been very easy but it wasn't handed to me and I had to work very hard to get this completed.

I have really enjoyed my time doing my electrical installation nvq3 at xs training. I would like to thank XS Training especially Conner Grace and Jamie for all the help and support that was given to me during my course to gain my NVQ level 3
I highly recommend the course to anybody as it would fulfil the expectations of all. I highly appreciate the effort and care taken in all delivered the course

Couldn’t be more happier with XS training and all the guys help. Was behind on my NVQ for reasons beyond my control, Tom, Jamie and Connor have all gone out there way to help me finish and get it done, couldn’t have asked for more, would definitely recommend👍🏼

Truly brilliant, modern, and convenient methods of training.
The way they offer remote site meetings makes xs stand out for me. It allows the assessor to book meetings quickly and also allows them to record sessions for evidence.
Shout out to Tom at xs, massively helpful with clear instructions, made the whole process stress free. This course provider is hands down the best in the UK by a country mile.

The assessor was every helpful and the knowledge that the assessor has shared was every helpful the knowledge from this NVQ will help a lot in my working life.

Tom was my teacher for xs training and he made it so much easier for me! Any questions I had I could ask him and he would get back to me straight away.
If you can ask for a teacher I would ask for tom he makes the course so much more simple for you and is rlly helpful.

Brilliant experience with XS training, mostly I think down to my assessor Craig who has been brilliant, all ways going above and beyond to help where possible and genuinely nice guy

I completed my Level 3 NVQ in April with XS Training Ltd and my assessor was Tom Simpson. Tom was very helpful and answered any questions that I needed answering, he was on hand for any help that I needed with fast replies via email!
I would definitely recommend XS Training to anyone who is looking for electrical training and thank you Tom for all of your help!

Completed level 3 electrical course my online tutor was Thomas Simpson. Thomas is friendly and knows his stuff. He guided me through this. He is patient and lets you know exactly what to do. Brilliant experience with XS Training on my 2357 NVQ, which I have just completed. This is how training providers should be. They genuinely care about their students' goals and are responsive and very effective at what they do. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Adam Kerrigan, my assessor, for his support throughout my NVQ. And thank you Jamie for putting together a fantastic training programme for AM2 preparation.

Can not fault XS Training at all, in all aspects of the business. Muzzy my assessor was absolutely superb throughout my course. Worked around my work schedule and even did a Zoom meeting on a bank holiday!! Rich who came out and did my H&S site visit assessment was also superb. Felt like I’d known him years. Now patiently waiting for my certification. 😁
