Placed an order in December for lab grown diamond ring.
Nothing received no response to chat or numerous emails ended up claiming back from credit card.

Great customer service beautiful products

I received a necklace and after a few months it broke, I contacted customer service in every way but received no response.

Between my daughter and I we have previously purchased 7 rings.
Since January I have been waiting on a replacement ring and since then I have ordered another ring (5months ago).

Neither of which have arrived. Evri “lost” the ring and we were advised by xvilatorre that they would replace this without issue.

I am still waiting.

The quality is gorgeous and I had planned on making more purchases as gifts however I am very much losing confidence in receiving any action as promised on so many occasions.

I hope it’s real moissanite though… the package didn’t say it was from XVL Latorre, and it came from AliExpress, so now I’m a little curious (and slightly suspicious 😅).”

Loved how perfect the rings are. The stones are clear, bright and shiny! I have been swimming in the ocean with them and they look perfect as they just came out of the box. Perfect travel rings, can’t tell they’re not real diamonds.

Product arrived within the time frame. Love the peices I purchased and have ordered more.

This is the third time I have ordered from this company. They are so helpful if you have any queries, especially in ring sizing.
