Item not as described Mercedes E63S Carbon Fiber Trim
I purchased the Mercedes Benz E-Class (W212/S212) Future Design Carbon Fiber Side Skirt Trim for my 2014 Mercedes Benz W212 E63S AMG Sedan. In the description, which I have photos of, it states "Mounting tabs may require modifications for correct fitment; minor adjustments, including drilling and grinding may be necessary as part of the normal installation process." There is also a bullet point about "hardware" and "bonding tape". The portion of the bullet point about "tape" is correct but there was no hardware. The bullet point about tabs is entirely incorrect. There are no tabs on these trim carbon fiber pieces, the entire edge around each piece is smooth and uniform, and this is only a stick on piece of carbon fiber trim. The original rocker moulding trim does have tabs and fits into the outer rocker moulding. This was very misleading. The body shop I was using, Stuttgart Auto Body Ltd., refused to install these carbon fiber mouldings after mocking them up in front of me and showing me that the fitment was very poor. They did not align with the piece they were going on no matter how much we tried to adjust them. To the seller's credit, he did allow me to return them on the basis that they were not as described and he acknowledged that the description was misleading. Unfortunately, He said he would still be charging me the 15% restocking fee. He pledged to change the description to reflect more accurately the design of the piece, but I pulled up the listing today before writing this review and the verbiage is unchanged. The seller assured me that the return was under his company account with FedEx but I kept receiving calls that the package was being held at port for a missing commercial invoice and unpaid duty and taxes. During the shipping process, the return package was stuck in port in the UK for several days and damaged by FedEx during the process. This means the seller gets to keep my hard earned money for a product that was falsely advertised and I have to now fight my way through another claim with Fedex. These pieces were wildly overpriced for the quality and the overall experience dealing with Twenty Two has been poor in my case. To the seller's credit, he did continue to respond to my emails over multiple weeks of back and forth. That being said, had the description made it clear these were stick on pieces only, I would not have purchased them to begin with. Piece came from Taiwan as well so most likely not made in house by TwentyTwoTuning.

• The Mercedes Benz E-Class (W212/S212) Future Design Carbon Fibre Side Skirt Trim is an overlay product, not a full replacement rocker panel. This is clearly mentioned in the product description under “Overlay Installation” and in the installation notes that mention bonding tape. While we do include general installation notes across many listings (including references to mounting tabs and possible adjustments), this does not imply that all products will have these features — it’s there to advise on the possibility across our catalog. We do take on board your feedback and will revisit this language to avoid further confusion.
• The product was not defective at the time of shipping or return authorization. You chose to arrange the return independently, and unfortunately, the item was heavily damaged during transit, arriving cracked and beyond repair. We have submitted a claim with FedEx and recommend you also file a local claim under your shipping insurance, as that process is designed to protect customers in cases like this.
• Regarding our manufacturing: This item is part of the Future Design Japan collection, which is made at their dedicated facilities in Asia — this is not a third-party resell. We apply our branding and quality checks to all items under our name.
• We continued to respond to your inquiries professionally throughout the process, and we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. While we aim for 100% satisfaction, there are limitations to our return policies when products are returned damaged and not in their original condition.
We remain available to assist with your FedEx claim by providing documentation or imagery as required. Should you wish to collect the returned item, it remains available at our facility.

I recently ordered some carbon fibre parts and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth — the website was easy to use, communication was great, and the parts arrived faster than I expected. The order was shipped with incomplete…
The order was shipped with incomplete parts. The missing part did not arrive for several weeks after. This caused issue with my install and caused a lot of frustration. The parts themselves are a good fit and of good quality.
The exception to this is the handle overlays. The holes for the sensors and too small and now I have issues with being able to lock the car by touching the sensor on the handle.
Lastly, the mirror covers contained the wrong housing. The housing I received were silver bars snide versus black which is what my factory housing is.
So overall, I say this is mid. I need to fabricate the handles now and switch the housing on the mirrors myself to make it look good. Also, it takes forever to receive these parts.

Incorrect shape
Apart from it taking so long to arrive the fitment is very bad , I’ve had to spend a lot of money on it to get it to look passable , the curve of the bonnet does not match the curve of an original bonnet , thus making it sit higher than the wings even when pulled down tight with bonnet pins

The spoiler like that I could purchase from eBay for about $200 instead of paying them 640$

I send them some pictures.I don't know what exactly they trying to investigate. There was a big issue of communicating the phone number that is on the file nobody ever answer That number Robert, that’s the guy who’s in charge told me five days ago that he needs 24 hours to investigate something. Ordered some 50th anniversary centre caps around the 27/28th Jan 2025 & l'm still waiting! It appears most of their customers are Americans which does not help me as I live in the UK & even received an email stating that they had been delivered(which they hadn't) I would like a refund which I'm not going to get,but purchased my imaginary centre caps through PayPal who I will leave to sort this & will NEVER use this company again. Great fitment
Great fitment. Got some other mirror caps on eBay and the fitment was terrible. It felt like if I bumped into the mirror it would pop off. These ones from Twenty Two Tuning have a great fitment. While it's not a perfect OEM fitment, it still locks into the clasps really well and it's really sturdy. Took a little longer than expected to arrive because it was delayed by UPS a few times, but other than that it was great. Would order again.

The product did not match the description ”Utilizing precision moulds from OEM parts“.
After googling how to install the part and then I realized there should be premade drilled holes to screw the parts onto the vehicle.
I am highly disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of response from customer service, as I have reached out regarding this issue without receiving any resolution
I'll never make a purchase from them.
