Wanted to store a few belongings so that we could clear out the house to have work done. Unfortunately, the world took much longer than anticipated.Was happy to pay the going rate, but after 4 months was dinged with a 20% increase in rent. Then today read that they offered 'no rent increase for a year'. yeah.. because their current tenants got screwed and paid it for them .moving out tomorrow . Don't rent from them.. they are at best greedy, at worst predatory.

Clean facility, friendly staff, and decent prices!

I have used XYZ storage for over 10 years. I store at their midtown Toronto location. Great service. Clean bright drive through facility.

XYZ storage hold your storage unit hostage 'after hours'. You pay hundreds of dollars to store your stuff but cannot access it after 5 pm on Sunday (or 7 pm weekdays). Do they think that they are a shop? You have to 'request'permission to access it 'after hours'. Also, you have to do this at least 2 hours ahead of 'closing' time!! I will not be using them again, and neither should you!

In my many years with this first-rate company I've appreciated the help and attention of the staff at our neighbourhood Laird location. They remember repeat customers, and in my own experience, on their own initiative, provided me with a more convenient storage unit location. They recommended the moving company Modern Movers started by a former employee who knows all the tips and tricks of storage.
My antiques are secure and insured. Their facilities are of the Highest Standard, Spacious, Modern, Bright, Clean, Safe, and Heated.

XYZ is clean and bright, I have been using this facility for a couple of years and no complaints. Melissa was extremely helpful when organizing my locker, as was Maria.

The storage part of their service is great. Bright open and spacious storage options that are temperature controlled. Great staff who are welcoming and very helpful

Great and very clean facility. The Team is always looking to help. Great size storages and wide parking spots. And let’s not forget the coffee machine.

Very easy and clean torage solution. The customer service was great. I forgot to visit the service desk after our move out and my card was charged but they easily and graciously reversed the charges and cleared up my account.

Only downfall other side of building storage lockers not told initially when I booked unit. Very inconvenient hauling your things up 3 flights of stairs.

From the first initial conversation regarding finding out more about XYZ Storage and the intake process. I am pleased and I was informed about them through a neighbor and I would without a shade of doubt, will promote them to everyone I know

woman at desk was extremely helpful and courteous . She helped with all the paperwork and made sure we were satisfied with the unit she chose for us. the price for the unit was extremely fair. I am very pleased with the service i received
