Flexible and agile team.
All of our home items were stored for a year and we had no issues.

Service has been very good - prompt, efficient and helpful

Dealing with XYZ Storage during this tough time was simple and easy. I didn't have any issue with storage containers drop off/Pick UP from my old address and the drop-off/pick-up at my new address. Billing was clear and easy to understand.

Storage facilities were clean and well kept and the employees were knowledgeable and very helpful.

I had my storage pod delivered last week. The driver was able to situate the pod in my driveway exactly as asked and super quickly. The condition of the contents was excellent (a little bit of shifting here and there, but nothing unexpected). I would use them again.

Always very quick to reply and have carried out transfers of our stuff when they have changed location very smoothly. Having had an atrocious experience elsewhere with another storage company (a very large one based in another country), this one appears to be excellent.

I had a very good experience with XYZ, they were very helpful on the phone, and when it was time to pick up or drop off the pods, they were very punctual. I would definitely use XYZ storage again.

Was for the most part happy with the service.
- was not happy that my containers were moved from near me to cental mississauga. made accessing the containers difficult for me to get to.

- access was usually easy and despite retrieving the containers about 5 times at the site over the course of 2 years in storage + the initial delivery + the move from Toronto to Mississagua + the move back to our house - the contents of the containers were completely intact with nothing broken or damaged. And there were a number of "loose" objects in the containers (poor repacking on our part). So extremely happy with the care taken in the handling of our containers both in the warehouse and on the road.

I wanted to rent out a room in my home. The room was crammed with my son’s belongings as he was working overseas.I was anxious about moving his stuff but the company was very supportive with resources and advice. I packed his items in bins as XYZ suggested. They came at their appointed time, carefully placed each bin in the portable locker I had rented. I watched as they secured everything in a most conscientious manner. When my son returned from India he had no trouble contacting XYZ, arranging to access his locker and dealing with his property. We are most appreciative to XYZ for their personal care, efficiency and the security they offer.

I had a rough start with a certain rep on the phone but after that everything was smooth. The web portal makes life so much easier when it comes to making payments. Great service! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone that needs storage!!

Xyz storage was great. Timely, responsive and easy to deal with. My items came back intact and clean.

I basically have been satisfied with xyz Storage, however the fee has been raised a few times and my lockers were re-located to Mississauga from Scarborough without my prior knowledge-not very convenient if I want to remove just some items from the pods.

My main issue is that the size of the units as advertised is not accurate. The dimensions fail to take into account the studs (I.e. the measurement was drywall to drywall but the wall studs of 4" on both sides reduced the rental space by 8" in total.) This made the move in very difficult and was misleading if comparing costs relative to other facilities.
