I have bought from this site several times now and really enjoy the variety they have including housing supplies, skin care, food, and even electronics. They would have sales once a while so it’s would be a good time to stock up your pantry! Would continue to buy because it’s so GREAT and shipping is also very fast, takes less than a week to arrive.

I been using Yamibuy for almost five years. It great website for people who want Asian products. Even in the period of COVID-19, they created the online fresh supermarket for people who need to stay home. The minimum for free shipping is $49, but it is very easy to reach. Also, when I’m checking the new products arrive, you will always fine something interesting to try out. Also, when things out stock, you can click the Alert to know when is gonna be in stock. However, the customer service are very nice, always help if you have any questions. Yamibuy is my favorite website, great for people who want to try Asian products, including skincare~

This is the website I have been using for years to buy Asian products that I can’t seem to find in regular Asian supermarkets. Or even times when I don’t want to go out, I just use Yami to make online orders. They have all types of stuff, from snacks to skincare to household items. They also have sales in many times of the year which is a good timing to buy stuff not at their regular price. It is free shipping at minimum $49 but its so easy to find lots of interesting stuff that I want to buy and a few minutes I’m already on $100+. They do ship out from CA, so if you live in CA or nearby states, you will get your items very quickly.

I have been using Yamibuy for over three years. I live in a small town in midwest and I'm very far away from any Asian markets in this state. I can find not only snacks I used to eat in China, but also all kinds of seasoning to cook Chinese food, and even Korean masks that I love.
They have a huge amount of products. Not everything is perfect, but you can always find something that fits your expectation. In the past three years, I bought something expired only once. After I contacted the customer service, they immediately refunded me. This probability of making mistake and post-sell attitude don't bother me at all.
Free shipping is fast enough (~1.5 week) during COVID-19. Many popular things can be out of stock, but they give you an option for restock alert. During this pandemic, I really appreciate that I can still buy all kinds of Asian products that I want online.

I have been buying from Yamibuy since high school( and now I graduated from college). It is absolutely my favorite Asian company. Customer service is always responsible when I reach out. Great collection of the most popular Asian snack and beauty products. Will continue supporting them for sure!

It`s a Chinese company that does not follow the U.S. customer service protocols. If you buy something, DO NOT EXPECT to be able to return it because they have an unreasonable return process (they reach back out to their suppliers to ask if they can give a refund and 9/10 times the suppliers refuse and YAMIBUY does not refund you). I do not recommend shopping on there. go somewhere else.

I used to like Yamibuy until I found that they sold me products without expiration dates. I contacted the customer service and in a non-apologetic tone they said they will ask the date for me but won’t make any change and they will keep allowing that merchant to sell foods like that. Wow.

This company will charge any credit card to make money without verification. Pro ably a scam for laundering Chinese money...

I've been using Yamibuy for 3 years and have spent hundreds of dollars here. I have been using it as my regular store for groceries and I couldn't be happier. I have only had one messed up order and it was quickly refunded. I'm surprised that it isn't more popular. The only complaint is that a lot of my favorites tend to go out of stock. It's not a scam...

First time used it due to it has some items I can't find from other place. Overall I am quite happy with the items I received, all name brand and high quality stuff. It also cost less than buying them from Amazon or other big retailer. And if you counted the on-site coupons, you saved even more.

It took 4-5 days shipped them from California to Orlando, not bad at all, especially with free shipping with $49 or more. Well packed and nicely done. My only hope is many of the items I want to buy are out of stock/sold out. I hope this can be improved when COVID-19 is over.

Credit Card Fraud! Beware!
Fraudulent charge on my debit card. Have never even heard of this company until now, and certainly never made a $50.96 purchase.

Someone used my credit card to purchase $300 worth of something. It's not this company's fault but how could they run a card number thru without the security code? My credit card company cancelled the card and is reissuing. What a headache!

Never liked this place as the products are often damaged or expired if you ever received them. Gave them another chance this year since it was getting harder to go out and shop. 10 days have passed since they claim my order was shipped and FedEx has not yet picked up my package. Lots of the stuff from that order went on sale too which was also disappointing. They do have a price match policy but if you try to contact them about that, they will just keep looking for excuses to make the items not qualify (the items do qualify they just assume you are stupid) if you ever got a reply. Worst shopping experiences combined at this one place. They should be out of business for good.

never receive my order and they have me to hold until Fedex updated. Showed the shipping label created but they didn't bring my order to Fedex and ship out!!! SCAM

Placed an order of 20 items on 5/7/2020. Box arrived yesterday (5/15/2920) and was excited. But, the box was light. When I opened the box, I found only 7 items out of the total of 20 items that listed on the packing list. Thought that there would be a “report an issue with the order” option on Yamibuy, but there’s none. Contacted Yamibuy and wished to hear more from them soon. Those missing items are worth $80+ and am really disappointed with this online shop. Not sure if I would recommend this site to any one.

Yamibuy posted 6 separate charges to my credit card within 2 hours, totaling more than $1150.00. Fortunately the CC fraud department contacted me. The account is now closed, but the charges still appear on my statement and are under review. This SCAM company needs to be prosecuted

Item was already broken when open the shipping box, therefore they shipped the “expired product”, Expiration date: 2019/9/15. Terrible experience with Yamibuy, will never buy again. Sent email to customer service, never reply. Bad customer service.
