I want to share with others how the Yatao team has kindly offered me help with the big custom fee that I had to pay for my beloved E Amara 20, as I live in England ( but I am Italian) After the Brexit the custom charges here for importing from Europe have become ridiculously high. Also I want to share how Malte's Team have been regularly supporting me by e-mails, while deciding for the handpan for me and finally through my decision and long wait to receive it (as it was pre-sale) A big thanks from my heart to Malte Marten team; you truly care for your handpan family, and I knew it, and that is why I purchased my beloved E Amara from you, which will be with me soon ❤️ I am forever greatful to have found Malte Marten, and for being part of the handpan family.

I bought a handpan at yatao shop, I received it and everything was perfect, except that I was missing the walkstool! I wrote an email to mention it to them and they refunded me! Throughout the process, they answered my questions. Excellent service and excellent handpan the D Kurd 10. I like it very much and I like its sound!

Delivery was fast, package came well packed. Handpan came unique - a couple of signs of being handmade makes it one and only. Fine tuned and sounds magical.
The only thing I would recommend you guys is to make a beginner's tutorial: 1) how to put a handpan correctly on your laps, so the bottom note's sound doesn't fade away; 2) how to hit correctly every note.
I realised I don't want to e-mail about it, so I just took a handpan lesson in person, so everything is cool. Teacher said that it was a good quality instrument.

I bought a Yatao handpan for my wife. I got a 10% discount by using her teachers discount code, so that was great also.
The delivery did go very well and quick. The handpan was packed in a very big and strong box, so it could not be damaged.
By opening the box i received much more then i ordered. There was a bag to transport the handpan. A little standard to sit on and even some cleaning tools for the handpan!

Handpan is good quality and in tune when I received it. It was packaged well and only took about a week to reach the United States once it shipped. I received helpful, quick, and courteous replies from the Yatao Shop staff in response to my emails. I gave 4 stars because I was a little disappointed with appearance of handpan. I was expecting it to look like the picture on their website but I do understand that handmade items are unique. Just a little let down with the color and lack of shine. Overall, I received a quality product and staff was great to deal with. I would not hesitate to purchase a handpan from Yatao Shop.

Beautiful handpan, great sound and playability. Well packed and sent to me. Deliverytime was 10 days (germany - netherlands). Bottomnotes are difficult ones when you're starting to play. Within 4 weeks I managed to get better sound from them. Great and honest company!

My handpan arrived must more quickly than I anticipated which was a lovely surprise. It's beautiful and came packaged to eliminate damage from anything short of being rolled over by a semi.
