I tried to purchase two items

I tried to purchase two items. I was advised that postage costs could be combined. I wasn't kept informed of the outcome of the postage costs until a few days later when I had an email advising that the items were already being shipped. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the poor communication. The seller replied that my order was being completely cancelled! So in fact the notification of shipment was also inaccurate. The whole experience would stop me shopping with this site again as the owner's attitude was very upsetting and unhelpful.
