This company has attempted 6 times to take 57 pounds from my account which makes me feel unlikely to trust using them or recommending them.

Mouldy food twice
After using years for the past few months we’ve now had two batches that are mouldy, not what you expect when paying over £100 per month for dog food. I know the response will just say that it’s “no preservatives” but unfortunately I expect higher quality when putting your trust in a brand.

I'm so sorry that this has happened! I can completely understand how disappointing this is, especially when it's not the first time you've received a damaged tray.
As you know, Lennie's meals are made with fresh ingredients so unfortunately any damage to a tray can compromise it, even damage so small it can't be seen with the naked eye. Without the tray back with us, I can't fully investigate, but it does sound like this is what's happened here. That's not an excuse, just an explanation, and I know it doesn't make up for it happening in the first place but I want you to know our quality team are actively working on this.
In the meantime, I've refunded you for the damaged tray. You'll see the funds back with you within 4 working days.
I've also requested your details from Trustpilot so I can reach out to you directly and make sure this gets properly sorted. I'm really sorry again!

My dog loves this food. She likes it warmed up to release the flavours. Recently changed her food because vet felt she was on perhaps too much fat diet. There are big meaty chunks that she loves. I had a
query recently and I got a swift response via WhatsApp so this is the way to communicate. Overall, if my pet is happy, I'm happy, and she is.

We bought our dog this dog food to see if he would eat it as he is quite a fussy eater, but he usually sniff’s any dog food first then usually walks away.. Ah but wait there was something different with this food, as soon as i opened the packet his nose was twitching and once into his bowl no sniffing and walking away he went straight for it and cleared his bowl
The quality of the food is clear to see and the attention that years gives to tailoring your dogs taste buds is just amazing. Ordering the dog food is easy & the variety is great, the customer service is excellent and they respond quickly to any questions or requests that you might have.. can highly recommend

Lovely food, awful packaging!
I decided to try Years for my two dogs. The food looks and smells delicious and my dogs love it. However, the packaging is awful! The trays are fiddly to open, food is difficult to get out and the rubber lids provided are a real faff to put on. For this reason I have, regretfully, cancelled my subscription. If this food was available in tubs like some competitors I would definitely be ordering again.

Before I started with Years company my puppy was very fussy that I have to feed him, and since I saw Years advertisement on Facebook and IG their reviews was excellent. I started with 2 portions a day and my puppy could not finish it. When I took him for his Kennel cough vaccination and oral solution at the Vet, I discussed his eating habits and my Vet said my puppy was supposed to have one portion a day because he is a small puppy that his stomach is too small for 2 portions. Since then he has not been fussy and happy to have his meals. I contacted Years and made them aware of the new order plan which I have not put in place because my puppy still have 3 packets left and I soon as he finished the 3 packets I will order for new serving plan. I am very pleased with Years food for my puppy

Highly recommend
Food arrives on time. The packaging is secure and I love how you can stack it up in your cupboard instead of filling a whole drawer in your freezer. I like how it’s individually portioned so you get the exact amount every time. The food smells lovely and more importantly, Bear really enjoys it. I’ve noticed that his coat has a beautiful shine to it since eating this food and his ear allergy has finally cleared.

Firstly the trial packs that allow you to slowly change your dogs meals
Also I love the way that you are totally informed of how much you give your dog on a daily basis even if you choose to do half feed , information is always there , and also the dog treats and supplements are fantastic !!! My golden retriever has never enjoyed his meals before , being very fussy as he does now !! He laps it up with no fussiness 😀honestly 100% for years 👍your dog will love you for it !!!

Since I started feeding my fussy…
Since I started feeding my fussy Rottweiler on Years diet I have noticed that I always am left with clean bowls and no waste, plus mealtimes always eagerly waited for. Also a general improvement on her coat and a bit less reactive as well. I am convinced her quality of life has improved and thank the team for their support as well.

So far so good. The boys are loving their new food (even the ultra fussy Vizsla!). Their favourite part is licking the tray when it's all finished. Customer service are super helpful and communication has been excellent. So far incredibly glad we made the switch.

Licking Bowl Clean...
Have seen posts about dogs liking Years for a while, there are times where Shadow won't bother eating. So I decided to bite the bullet so to speak.
I received the trial pack for Shadow and by god the reviews were right, every meal he's emptied his bowl. So will keep going for now.
The quality of the food is top notch, trial pack had Steak & Kidney, Surf & Turf, Pork with apple stew and a fish dish. He's a fussy dog but at the moment I'm winning!!
