The product is good
The product is good. My fussy dog likes the recipes but not the ones with fish and prawns. As I pensioner I do find this expensive. I only gave 3 stars because this month 2 amounts have been deducted from my account which caused me stress. I am awaiting a refund.

I'm sorry to hear that two payments this month caused you stress. I completely understand how unsettling that must have felt, and I want to reassure you that we would never take two payments unless two separate orders were scheduled to go out.
The most common explanations for this are if you made a delivery date change that brought two orders into the same billing window, or occasionally a second subscription being set up in error. Either way, it's something we can get to the bottom of very quickly.
If you haven't already, please do drop the team a message at via years.com and we'll investigate straight away. If a refund is owed, we'll make sure that's taken care of as a priority.

Easy to store
We took a while to find a dog food that didn’t upset Mabel’s tummy but found the frozen format didn’t work for us - so we were apprehensive moving to another brand. But we needn’t have worried, Mabel loves years, it works with her sensitive stomach, and is easy to store.

A Fussy Jack , but not no more
We have a 5 month old Jack Russell terrier , he is a beautiful boy but a very fussy boy when it comes to food , can honestly say since Stanley has been on the Years food we have not looked back , he literally licks the bowl clean , so lovely to see . How the food is presented in trays with labels telling how much to give is truly perfect because we know Stanley is getting the right amount of food daily and all the right nutritions . Amazing food and would highly recommend 🥰

Highly recommend
Followed the instructions and my dog loves the food. She wasn’t sure at first and is a total fuss pot when it comes to food but now has a clean bowl every time. Looks great and easy to store. Love the free rubber cover for food to go in the fridge once opened.
Customer service is great, asked for plenty of feedback good or bad and just wanted to help. Highly recommend!

I cannot praise this food enough. Since my dogs have moved over we have noticed a huge difference, in behaviour (less begging) always clear bowls and defo much better in the poo department

Our dog is incredibly fussy and has turned her nose up at so many foods but she absolutely loves this range! She gets excited for every single meal and licks the bowl clean every time. The variety is amazing, with so many meals to choose from, so mealtimes never get boring. It’s such a relief to finally find a food she genuinely enjoys. Highly recommend to anyone with a picky eater!

When my delivery was delivered to the wrong address and was no where to be seen in my neighbourhood, I contacted customer support and in no time at all another delivery was booked in for me. I can’t recommend Years enough. Fantastic service and superb, delicious, full of goodness food.

Quality food and great customer service!
So far my fussy Cockapoo is on the trial pack of Years dog food and she is enjoying it. Of course as she transitions over to Years she is leaving the other high quality food she's been on for ages and just eating Years! I needed to contact Years for some clarification on feeding quantities. I am delighted to say that they were quick to reply and reassured me so am very happy with their customer service. All in all really good so far!

Having a change in dog food is always a tricky business but it has been easy with Years, a 7 day trial pack meant we could find Roscoes favourite menu…he didn’t like fish no problem he loved the steak…..and the customer service is great answer any queries you may have they are definitely worth a try if your thinking of putting your pet on a better diet….

That little circle dance the moment the bowl arrives says it all really, and finishing with an appreciative burp is quite the seal of approval from such a fussy eater. Customer service and delivery keeping up that same standard too is a nice bonus.

The food is amazing, I like that the trays are pre-portioned so it's easy to give what your dog needs.
Sadly my fussy girl has gone off it, even with heating/adding broth/toppers/cheese so it's back to the drawing board here (she went 3 days not eating anything but was hungry/whining) but I would definitely recommend Years as a top quality food.

I got my trial dogfood 23 rd of July…
I got my trial dogfood 23 rd of July 27th of July I’m told they are making Buddy’s dogfood and taking the money from my account on 28th
If you read there literature I couldn’t of introduced Buddy to it properly in fact he hasn’t tried it
I thought it was sharp practice I hadn’t opened an account seemed easy to cancel just a panic so be ware
Too add Years did not contact me about there sharp ordering paractices but have just sent me an email saying it’s been temporary with drawn as a precaution as it may have caused eye problems

I'm really sorry to hear the timing of the next order caught you off guard before you'd had the chance to properly try Buddy on the food.
The reason we schedule the first subscription order 7 days later is so there is continuity in Buddy's diet and so you don’t run out, it removes the need for another transition period, which some dogs may find difficult. A subscription means that there is no worry about remembering to order more as your orders are automatically scheduled and delivered to your door.
That said, I can absolutely see how that timing didn't work for you here, especially with Buddy still getting used to the food, and I'm sorry it caused any worry. I'm glad to hear that the cancellation itself was straightforward.

Well it all started with my dog
Well it all started with my dog , as she is getting on in life ,I thought i would treat her to a better food, as the one she had be on for most of her life was getting a bit boring, my thinking , then I saw a few new ones on the market, but somethings weren't right like storage, and had to keep it in the freezer .or it was raw, based.
Not for me or my dog , she is very very very fussy, she has to smell everything before she will put it in her mouth.even her treats , I used to make them myself but she wouldn't eat them ,only the chicken bones (shaped) i made.
So I found years , human food , based , liked everything about it, bit pricey, but she still has to be tempted, once she has the taste for it she on the ball eats it all up and licks the bowl , now there something she never did , she is 16yrs old this year, so abit of luxury she deserves.

The quality of the food is excellent from how it looks to how it smells.
As for my little cocky spangles all they care about is the variety & the flavour. It's fair to say they LOVE IT.
