My picky dog eats this!
My dog eats this very well and he is a very picky dog! So that is great. Format is helpful too in that it does not need a freezer.
Only reason I have taken off one star is that as an elderly owner, I find it difficult to remove the film and need a knife to do so. It then is difficult to get the top onto the pack to reseal it. It always seems a little too small.
Sometimes too the columns of food are not full and I can't make out if this is because of difficulties in packing the columns full, or difficulties in the food moving around during transport. That maybe why the film is so tough!

I'm really glad the food's going down so well with such a picky dog, and that not needing a freezer has made things easier too. The feedback on the film and resealing lid is genuinely useful though, and I can understand how fiddly that must be to manage, particularly if a knife's needed just to get started.
I'll make sure your point about the packaging gets passed along. Food can sometimes move around a little during transport, particularly in warmer months when it's softer, which may explain why the columns don't always look completely full on arrival. Thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback.

Great customer service and aftercare, years food is the best I have tried, you can see chunks of meat and vegetables and it doesn’t smell bad, Max likes most of the recipes. Its great it can be stored In the cupboard for 3 months as I don’t have a large fridge

The food is great for my 10 month old Weimeraner and she loves it. We so wanted to keep to a fresh food diet for her and thus works perfectly. She is developing beautifully, has no stomach issues and her stools are always healthy… all so great!! Thank you 🙏🏼 and woofs from Grace 🐶

Really high quality dog food.
My dogs moved onto Years 6 weeks ago. They are very fussy and I have tried many other dog food brands and types. Since moving onto Years they are eating alot more, which is great. The quality of the product is excellent.
The boxes are easy to store in the cupboard and the opened one in the fridge.
The price of the food and having to pay postage is the reason for four stars instead of five.

He really loves it and sometimes, if he can get his dish out of the stand, he gets the dish and puts it in middle of the room. He’s either asking for more or simply showing us his cleared bowl.

The product is good. My fussy dog likes the recipes but not the ones with fish and prawns. As I pensioner I do find this expensive. I only gave 3 stars because this month 2 amounts have been deducted from my account which caused me stress. I am awaiting a refund.

I'm sorry to hear that two payments this month caused you stress. I completely understand how unsettling that must have felt, and I want to reassure you that we would never take two payments unless two separate orders were scheduled to go out.
The most common explanations for this are if you made a delivery date change that brought two orders into the same billing window, or occasionally a second subscription being set up in error. Either way, it's something we can get to the bottom of very quickly.
