From the initial contact to discuss…

From the initial contact to discuss installing a new phone and Wifi system to teh completion of works we were very happy with the customer service we received.
A big thank you to Kyle Ferreira, who carried out the installation in a very busy working environment. There was no disruption to our communication systems as he carried out his work.

New phone installation

Remus spent the day installing our broadband, wifi and telephone infrastructure. There were no shocks or surprises and he gave us a complete work through of how to use the new system. Really impressed with the level of service received.

Still waiting since January for things to run smoothly. Service dips, phone signal poor, still waiting for one of our numbers to port. All phones off today ALL day. Had enough of the business interruption. We are moving back to BT. Not worth the hassle

Would highly rate Yellowcom - been with them (as a business customer) for over a year and have always found them to be professional and very helpful. I recently contacted them for a wi-fi query - my call was resolved very quickly by Tony and Gerard, who were both very helpful. Anytime I have had to raise a help call (which hasn't been often, as the system runs very smoothly) it has always been dealt with timeously and efficiently. Can't recommend Yellowcom highly enough.
