Received a 14k Gold Snake chain necklace. Very nice looking chain. Shines beautifully. Is a flat chain that is 18 inches in length. Looks good on the neck. Strong chain.

I was able to get the perfect gift for my friend. My friend loves her gift. It's one of her favorite things to wear. They also made sure I received my necklace by a certain date.

Ordered a ring paid over 100 for it. It never got delivered spoke with customer service. They said we can only give you a 50% refund. What kind of bull crap is that. Said my only options were pay even more money to have it resent out or get 50% of my money back

I ordered two urn necklaces over a month and a half ago. When they arrived they were not urn necklaces at all. I have tried to contact the company nine times and they just keep telling me they did not mess up. Very sad I waited so long for something I did not order.

I'm in love with this necklace! I wear it every day, including in the shower, and it hasn't tarnished or lost its rose gold tone. I am happy with this purchase.
Meteorite necklace is plastic. No meteorite at all.
I ordered a meteorite necklace. What came was a piece of plastic with a strip of aluminum. This cost me almost $200. I have been crying all day. It was a gift for my husband and I am so embarrassed that I got scammed. I should’ve known better. If they don’t give me my money back, I’m going to seek legal counsel. I will not let them get away with this.

From my experience the ordering and delivery process was great with the ring arriving only a few days after ordering even while only using standard shipping.
The ring looked great on arrival and my fiancé loved it as it was exactly what she was looking for. The fit was also perfect when measuring up using the UK size guide provided on the website.
We received many compliments from people which was nice and the pricing on YFNs website is very competitive especially when compared to high street shops.
I will say that however the centre gemstone came loose and fell out of ring only 5.5 months after purchase. This was disappointing as we had expected it to last much longer thankfully we were at home so the stone wasn’t lost.
I reached out to YFN support via email who advised that due to the order being outside of the 60 day window they wouldn’t be able to return or refund the item however did offer a 15% refund to go towards having the ring repaired by a local jeweler
I agreed to this and YFN advised that the refund would take 3-5 business days to come into my account. We did have issues with receiving the refund however Fiona from YFN has kindly investigated these and it looks to have been an issue on PayPals side which was stopping the refund to be processed rather than an issue with YFN.
Due to the confusion caused by the back and forth with support due to the PayPal issues Fiona has offered to replace the ring which is much appreciated and has shined a positive light on their staff and their after sales process.
I am hopeful that the replacement ring will work perfectly and I hope that it puts a smile on my fiancés face again.

I recently received an item which was about the size of my pinky nail. I returned the item. This company kept my item and NEVER refunded me. They are THIEVES!!!!!

Typical Chinese Scam Site - AVOID
First things first, don’t let the positive reviews here lull you into a false sense of trust - every single one of them is a Chinese bot, just like the fake responses to customer grievances. As for all the one star reviews, listen to these!! I have now been waiting 10 days for an order, which claimed to be shipped via express, to ship. All of their contact channels are bogus; good luck getting a response. Will be requesting a full refund and possibly seeking further action against this garbage Chinese site. Never trust these people or anything they may say!

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order for a Christmas present which never showed up. I appreciate the shipping times etc but my tracking ‘claimed’ it was out for delivery but nothing showed up and no letter through the door from any courier/postage company! Seems a bogus company 😡

I found a beautiful pendent, but it was made in yellow gold. I sent a message asking if it could be made in white gold and to my surprise I was told they would make it in white gold for me. What was even more surprising was that I didn't need to wait a very long time to receive my order.
