I ordered a necklace and pendant with a meteorite inlay but received a pendant with a similar design without the meteorite, instead it looked like a stainless steel inlay. Completely different product not worth the price. If they refund me all the money I’ll update the review.

I did not check the reviews for this site until after I had placed an order for a pair of silver Highland Cow earrings. After reading some negative reviews I was slightly concerned however my earrings have arrived and I have no complaints. The earrings are great quality and look lovely. They came in a little box with a little gift bag and polishing cloth included and were delivered within the estimated timescale. My experience has been a positive one and I would happily order from this company again.

If I could put 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS this is a SCAM website. You won’t get your items and when you try to get a refund they will engage you in a chain of ridiculous emails trying to tell you it’s coming, avoiding a refund and negotiating discounts or partial refunds. YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Please please please do not use this website save yourself the frustration and hassle.
***Please don’t believe the reply to this review it’s part of the scam tactic. NOTHING has been resolved & this company is still refusing my refund. No one called Hailey has ever responded to my many emails. They are sent anonymously, they have referred to me as “cuz” used poor English. Worth the wait
It did take a little bit of time. But this ring was so worth the wait! It showed up and was even more beautiful than I expected. I know people are nervous to order from companies like this one, but YFN, delivered exactly what they say they will.

Found it on Aliexpress for 3GBP
Their jewellery for ashes, and I specifically mean design, pictures, appears to come from Aliexpress. Check for yourselves, use reverse image search. You can get most of their necklaces for anything between 3-10 pounds now (discounts on aliexpress). They even use the same images on their website! Im not surprised people complain of long shipment time. If it goes from China.... Screenshot from YFN and aliexpress attached as proof. Unless aliexpress stole their designs? I cant say for sure. However upon looking at reviews, jewellery looks identical in real life photos as the one on aliexpress.

I have paid for express shipping, I was given between dates of when the rings would be here.
Now it’s over that time, I’ve also tried emailing twice at the times set by the company and have two automated responses and no proper feedback. Sorry but why offer express shipping when you cannot give the items in a good time, that’s £22.50 down the drain and still no rings or answers.
I’m sure I will get them and love them, but why pay for the extra shipping when you don’t get them in the given time frame.
I don’t think this should be a service that they provide if they cannot guarantee the shipment and no communication.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Yes they replaced my broken bracelet only for the replacement to break in less than 24 hours. I sent them an email asking for a refund and it's all crickets on their end. Might end of filing a BBB complaint and send an email to my States Attorney General.
