Disappointed with unexpected fees and slow shipping
I had a very frustrating experience ordering from Yinn Body. The product itself seemed promising, but if I had known about the hidden costs, I would have never placed the order. The shipping took more than three weeks, and just when my package was about to arrive, I was hit with an unexpected €30 customs fee. Nowhere during checkout was this clearly mentioned.
To make matters worse, the company refused to accept returns and offered no solution when I contacted them. I understand that international shipping can involve extra costs, but customers should be informed upfront—not surprised at the last minute.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Yinn Body unless you’re okay with paying hidden fees and waiting a long time for your delivery. Very disappointing experience.
