Had an issue with one of my licenses and contacted Yith support and they cleared it up real fast. Great support and I appreciate it!

Their plugins are okay but nothing special however they are way too expensive for what they do.

You can get good alternatives for significantly less money.

They also update their plugins every month with very minor changes and adjustments and sometimes I don't believe there has been any changes. This is to try and get you to renew as soon as possible.

We are stopping using their plugins because of these practices.

I understand that WooCommerce updates every month but this doesn't mean changes are made to their plugins every month other than to confirm they still work with WooCommerce.

We don't want new features, we want you to charge a reasonable price for the current features. We had multiple plugins and to renew these every year would cost three times as much as switching to an alternative provider so that is what we are doing.

You're plugins are okay but they are definitely not worth the very high prices.

YITH have become my WordPress plugin publisher of choice. The plugins work well and the support is excellent. Last week I installed the recently improved YITH Advanced Reviews plugin to get customer product reviews on a WooCommerce website. The plugin works well but I had a few changes I wanted to make and asked YITH support how to do this. Support response was fast and not only did they tell me how to make these tweaks, they implemented them for me too.

A very trustworthy provider of professional extensions/plugins for Woocommerce. We have always liked to use the Subscription Extension and the Pre-Order Extension among others. The company is based in Europe, which always simplifies the use for European stores. For questions in advance (pre-sale) or in the case of support, the vendor is always very helpful and flexible. We are very satisfied with the extensions from YITH and know of no other plugin developer that specializes so much in WooCommerce. with our support requests, I have always had the feeling with our support requests that the YITH support team is really interested in finding a suitable solution for us. and if we overlooked something in the documentation, we still received friendly advice and were shown the right individual solution path. Clearly a recommendation for all WooCommerce store operators who are looking for one or the other special solution.
