All Yith plugins are great and reliable, but I like your support the most. Yith! You've got it all. I just want to let you know that I've bought the subscription plugin and membership plugin from another developer but I decided to use your plugins because I experienced how good your plugins are and how soon it will be fixed if I have any problem on my website.

YITH is one of the best Wordpress plugin provider, stable plugins and amazing support

Yith Themes are my go to plugin developer. The plugins work great and provide very useful features. In the rare instances where I need technical help, they are always prompt and provide excellent service. You really can't go wrong with Yith Themes.

The support is excellent, but the plugins are outdated, there have been no developments for several years, there are no normal functions in the plugins that are available in alternative modules.

I was very disappointed with the POS module, it is poor, it does not have a normal inventory, it does not have a return function, it does not understand the coupons generated by "Smart Coupons", you need to buy an additional module (Expensive) so that the POS understands barcodes, when others have this built-in function. You cannot download sales reports. In general, the POS is extremely poor and it is better to look at an alternative.

"Gift cards" - do not work with AJAX, so if you have an AJAX cart, then this module will not work. It is better to look at analogs that are cheaper and have the same functionality

In general, they made great modules for 2021, but they look terrible in 2024.

Unfortunately it was not the solution I was looking for, but the service is outstanding. Quick replies on my questions and no problems with issuing a refund. Very good service and I would definitely return if they offer something I need. A lot of companies could learn from this excellent customer support.

We utilize a wide range of plugins from YITH, and their support is always ready to assist if something doesn't work as expected. Recently, we encountered an issue with the YITH Dynamic Pricing per Payment Method for WooCommerce plugin. Francisco did an excellent job identifying and resolving the problem.

I have been using their YITH Cost Of Goods for some time now, really is a great plugin and when I have asked their support about custom features and interacting with other plugins they have supplied me with code which could help me and it did!

Yith ended support for their Quick Order Forms and I needed to upgrade as it was flagged as not compatible with Woo's HPOS. Upon upgrading, the filter hooks we used for customization were no longer supported in the upgrade (Quick Order Pages). Francisco not only helped with identifying the new hooks for me, he wrote the code as well! The service was above and beyond. Thank you!

I've been selling software and subscriptions for 25 years, and I have never encountered a company as deceptive as yours. You must be the only one that fails to clearly indicate that your service is an annual, rolling subscription. Instead, you lure customers in with "1 year of updates and support, 30-day money back guarantee." Why don't you mention the annual subscription upfront? You bury it in an external link!

But that's not even the worst part. Your renewal reminder ended up in my Microsoft business account's spam folder. The first time I realized what was happening was when I woke up to find my account charged five hours earlier. I requested a refund immediately. Any decent business would promptly issue a refund via PayPal, but not you. You're just out to take people's money. I cannot recommend your company to anyone. You should change your slogan and subtract one user from the count of those who "trust" you.

As a web developer and host of thousands of websites across multiple servers here in Australia, I will no longer use or recommend your products.

EDIT: Yes, an as i wrote to you in my reply, the client is legally allowed to use the product beyond your 12 month stipulation. It's only for updates/support. Which they no longer need. It's literally just a money grab from a company who are not your friends/partners.
