I live in Brasa Village, Ymere manages it. Homes Factory has declared bankrupt (the contractor of our house). We do not have even heating. We are not connected to the ventilation and heating services. I do not recommend this landlord.
The most bad company i ever tried in my life
Ymere fails to address damages caused to properties, leaving tenants to fend for themselves against insurance companies. Lack of responsiveness and accountability exacerbates the issue. While rent collection operates smoothly, Ymere hesitates to take responsibility for its actions as the primary party at fault.
Very bad company. Takes hours to reach them and solve a problem. Mine took exactly 4 hours to explain and make an appointment for my blocked toilet. They can put some more people on phone line.
