Most disrispectful call I‘ve ever had in my life! Just because I did not know how to help myself for getting documents for marriage and I called the wrong municipality the man literally screamed at me how I dare to call them because it’s not the right municipality and he can’t help me anyways.

Extremist, corrupt, hateful & institutionally racist/antisemitic organisation. After submitting official complaint to Amsterdam Gemeente after encountering (one of many) intimidating & terrifying, Anti-Jewish hate-demonstrations by Far Left Extremists & supporters of Terrorism right outside Amsterdam Centraal station, I did not receive any response for weeks beyond Gemeente’s own complaint-timeframe. Then, all I did receive was a phone call on an anonymous number from some (evidently Hard-Left) bureaucrat trying to abuse me down the phone & attack me for drawing attention to their blatant gross hypocrisy & undeniable two-tier approach. When I asked for the creeps name, he refused to provide it. Quite shocking, utterly horrendous, very depressing & just shameful.

Local Governement Criminals. All they are interested in is taking as much money as possible. I moved out of the Netherlands last April and I made an appeal to the Gemeente to lower my taxes as I shouldn't have to pay for the entire year, which is standard protocol. They took more than 6 months to come back and in a very threatening letter they told me that I have to pay immediatley for the whole year as my former roommate still lives in Amsterdam and therefore the whole year is owed. If I was not stubborn, I would have paid this but I just could not understand how I am liable for someone elses taxes when I do not even live in that country anymore. As the court date began to approach, the Gemeente knowing what they were doing was illegal, backed down and offered the reduction in both taxes and also covered my costs of making the appeal. It concerns me thinking how many people they try and do this Governement shake down to and how many people would just accept it. My hope is that at least one person in this situation sees this and knows not to let them get away with it.
