YNH have just helped me find my new role. Alice was very friendly and very organised, she secured me an interview for a role that perfectly suits my experience, she also helped with the preparation and timings to get there after work.

Recruiters generally get a bad name, but working with YNH and Tom, these guys are genuinely one of the good guys. They listened to what I was looking for and matched me up with the right job. Tom called me with a role a few weeks ago, very quickly after I put my CV online - he had several roles to offer me, and they all sounded exciting. I was offered a few other roles by other recruiters, but in the end I went with the role that Tom first told me about.

The team at YNH are one of the best in the game.

Backstory - I was looking for a new, exciting and a challenging role and YNH placed me in just that! Initially had a conversation with Kai regarding my aspirations, goals and what I wanted from my next role.

Very few days after, I was presented with a role all which perfectly aligned to my requirements and underwent the interview process. Throughout this, the team supported me with information, insights and tips. Soon after receiving an offer I was provided with 'after-care' from Kai and his team making sure I settled in well and resolved any issues I may have had. Still till this date, I'm receiving kind check-ins from the team and can wholeheartedly say the company genuinely cares about you.

They're about their business, and they mean well for all individuals. I would highly recommend them if you have a new role you'd like to explore in tech I can't recommend them enough!
