Do not buy ANYTHING from Yocloth. They engage in bait and switch and then refuse to do anything to fix the problem. I ordered what was pictured as a very pretty sweater coat, and what I got was a sweatshirt. Completely different fabric. I contacted them and they claimed that what was shipped "aligned with your original order." This is a flat lie. They offered me $4 in compensation. I am reporting them to the FBI Internet fraud unit and to the Better Business Bureau in Illiniois, whence the item was dispatched. This is just about the worst "customer service" I have had in years--you are throwing away your money if you purchase from them.

I just placed the order today, but already worried - ordered a cat sweatshirt, price 26.99+10.00 shipping, but $42.85 was charged to my card & I was supposed to have gotten a 10% discount coupon. I think these sites are unfortunately very shaky. I am wondering if I will even get the merchandise.

This place is a complete and utter scam. The products are nothing like the photos. This is a cheap Chinese scam company. They refuse to refund or return their products. They try to charge you massive return fees. Stay away from them. Just absolutely evil.

Claims to be made in the US, it is not.
$50 order and I got charged $17 sales tax after I completed the order, local tax is less than 10%.
I would cancel the order but they will charge a 30% fee to make that happen.

I recently purchased what was supposed to be the cat print SWEATER, which turns out not to be a sweater but a sweatshirt that looks like it was cut down the middle and buttons and button holes made. The picture does not match what you receive. I was very disappointed.

Fake clothing nothing like what's inthe picture Christmas just took a new turn don't waste money on them cheap ass material if knew how it was coming could have made it the clothing myself 215.00 dollars gone never again keep it moving when you see ycloth on Google or Facebook any other websites

Liars, there is no customer service. I’d be afraid to return the unwanted item for fear of not getting a refund.

The so called sweater was not knitted like the pictures shown. Not soft but made out of polyester

What is pictured is totally misleading and does not represent what you actually pay for and receive! I feel like I have been ripped off and now I went back to the web site I ordered from and the same sweater is pictured, but the words say cat Print, which one is what I received! 🤬 A fake print of sweater on cheap material! What a Fraud! And why go through the headache of return and refund, after reading the reviews written here! Do not buy from Yocloth! I am your test dummy! Don't be one to!!

Yocloth does not back their product. I received a shirt with the pattern of cats and waves that had the seams sewn inside out at the sleeve and the neck.They insisted I had to assume the cost of returning the item if I wanted a refund or a new shirt. This was quite costly since I believe these were made in Italy. I sent photos of the defect to no avail. They offered me two dollars. I refuse saying I wanted a new shirt or a refund. Then they offered four dollars then six dollars. Then I gave up. Most online businesses will tell you to either keep the item to save the cost of shipping it back or they will send you a new item or absorb the cost of shipping it back.

This product is crap. I order a gorgeous sweater as they advertised and paid $46 for the product. I received a piece of crap sweatshirt. I have tried to get a refund now for weeks, they first offered me $7 back, then $10 back. This is consumer fraud as the products they picture on their website and completely different than what they ship. Its "bait and switch." Filing a complaint with the Arkansas and U.S. Attorney General's Office.

Yocloth replied below. I contacted them again. Still no refund. The responded once and then completely stopped responding. This company is a complete fraud.

Never got my order. They took my money, spent months saying it was coming - not sure why they bothered sending me updates since they already had my money, but they did. They said it was delivered. It wasn't. They said it might be sitting at the post office. The USPS doesn't just hold onto random packages without notifying people. I've asked for my money back since I never got my items. Doubt I'll see that either.

I purchased what looked like a beautiful cable knit sweater on the picture. I thought I was getting a deal at $60+. What I got was a cheap button down thing with a cheesy looking print that I wouldn't be caught dead in. I'm trying to return it and they won't even cover the return shipping. They want to refund me $4 and have me keep the product. It's so bad they don't even want it back. Total scam!!!

Ordered what i thought was a cable knit sweater and ended up being a thin sweatshirt material with iron on cat pictures. Not what i expected at all especially for what i paid!

Stop cheating people. Send me the product I paid for or give me back my money.

I absolutely love how this dress fits; its stylish, comfortable, and really versatile for any occasion.

Quality was poor. Their web site claimed I had 45 days to return. When I wanted to return or exchange the garment , they required pics of every document and label. Then they said it was too expensive to return and offered me refund of $3 on a $35 item. After several back and forth I got a $10 refund. Yet I still do not have an item I could wear.

Sadly, I had such an unfortunate experience with Yocloth. On the long-sleeve top I received, all of the seams connecting the sleeves to the bodice were sewn to show on the OUTSIDE of the garment. The same case with the neckline. I’ve never seen anything like it. I contacted them three times with photos and they insisted this is how it’s made. Can’t be. Sewing 101. Seams are sewn on the inside so they don’t show on the outside. I wish I could provide a photo to explain. Anyway, very disappointed in the garment and the response.

Order total was quoted as $40. Charge to credit card was $60. This company is a total SCAM!! BEWARE!!!!

I ordered a T shirt from them, and it arrived with a hole in it. I reached out to them, and they offered to send a replacement. that replacement never came, even though they claimed it was delivered. They gave me a bogus tracking number, and told me it was up to me to file a claim with the post office. These people are scammers.

Update - They have now offered me a $2 refunnd on the $40 defective shirt that I purchased. These people are a ripoff.
