Originally placed an order on+Oct. w, 2924. Site originally stated that the item, a T-shirt was originally shopping from Sweden. Then, on Oct 15,, I was informed that my shipment was coming from the “closest county” -CHINA. tracking info within email was NON-existent when I clinked on the embedded link I received an “Error Code 404 a File Not Found” I have never RECEIVED my T-shirt.
“Yocloth.com” IS A SCAM!

I would give them NO stars if that was possible, I placed my order weeks ago and have not received it nor have I gotten a legitimate tracking # from them. They sent me email with a fake tracking # that took me to their website, but no way to track. Today I received my PayPal monthly statement and see that PayPal showed a charge of $17.00 more than my order form total showed. I can't review the product because I haven't received any product and it looks as if I may never receive any. I will be contacting PayPal about this for sure. Update on my order...After several weeks and many emails, my order finally arrived. The overpayment was returned to my PayPal. The company says it was a 'clerical error'. If you buy from here, be sure to check your PayPal or credit card statements. The shirts are cute, but not any better than I could have found locally for the price. This transaction has not been pleasant and will be my only one from here.

I placed the two orders Sept. 24 - one for a gift. The first order arrived today, Oct. 15, after I filed a complaint with PayPal, my paying source. The Cat Blue Wave tee looks like a fragment of the shirt shown on Yocloth's website. Site says "Made in USA" - a scam into thinking the product in made in the United States. Unfortunately there's no place to post a closeup photo of the shirt. Poor quality, smarmy fabric thin fabric, poorly printed design. Sizing is off - the "small" could easily fit a person who wears a "large." Addendum: The company refunded my PayPal account in full (including the 25% overcharge added for "tax") for ONE order however no refund for the second order for the same product. MAX, from YoCLOTH, TAKE NOTE: Following emails with the company, a YoCloth rep. offered a refund on the second order IF I returned the product to China, at MY espense. I'm grateful that I paid with PayPal, the issue was settled with a phone call to PayPal's Customer Service; my second grievance with Yocloth was closed. IN SUMMARY, DO NOT be swayed to order from Yocloth.com because you read tag line "Made in the USA" on the company's website. Not true. Yocloth is based in China; products arrive 3 weeks after placing an order and are fabricated with low quality workmanship and materials.

I ordered a T-shirt August 31, 2024, it is now Oct 15, 2024. I emailed the company and they did respond to say there is no tracking for this item. The process has to all begin again and I will believe it when I see it, if ever. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. It is unlikely you will receive it in any timely. way and may have to start the process over, if you pursue the lack of service. Buy locally! I have since discovered a great local company and obtain T shirts and cute items in 7 days!

In this case, you need to return the products to our warehouse in China for a refund.

But if you return them, the shipping fee may be expensive to you.

I have been getting emails that the tee I ordered is "on its way and the logistics status is in transit. Details status is the shipment is being inspected at the customs of Hungary". Then there is a shipping number, which when you call it up, it's blank. This has been going on since early Sept.

This site is a scam. I never received my items. In the beginning I did get some notices telling me that the package was sent from Italy, then nothing and no package. Clearly all of the "positive reviews" here were written as propaganda. No one in the US uses the term 'casual dress' when referring to a purchase, and this is definitely not something ten or fifteen people would say. I'm sorry I didn't check here first but if you were smart enough to do so before you order, run like the wind!

The response is the exact response everyone gets. Also scammy. The item I ordered for which they stole my money was time sensitive so I'm just ripped off. Learn from my mistake.

I should have checked this site before I ordered, not after. Lesson learned. All of the responses from customer service are worded EXACTLY the same. Boilerplate, we call it in the journalism business. Nowhere does it say on the Web site that items are being shipped from Ireland (and my guess is that before arriving in Ireland, they are shipped from China). I don't need a reply from the so-called "customer service department." I just want shoppers to be cautious.

Claimed delivery of product did not occur according to USPS.

It hasn't arrived yet and it's been 2 weeks. They did not say it was coming from so far away. It is stuck in Irish Customs and I've asked twice for a cancellation and refund.
Update: finally arrived October 11!!! (Ordered August 17) These are political themed clothing items so not timely at all! The quality seems ok, however they are too small in spite of me ordering one size up. Company now giving me a hard time for return/refund.

This company is a SCAM. FAKE COPIES coming from China of other designs. Do NOT order anything.

I ordered a blue wave tee shirt which took several weeks to arrive. Unfortunately when it did, I was dismayed to see the seams on Aran and around the neck all on the outside, so it is unwearable! When I reported this to the company, along with photos they responded that it was fine! I didn’t even mention the fuzziness of the print. Very poor quality!

This is definitely a scam Chinese company. They have hacked real US company and use their model pics and clothing pics. So though their website shows as US company, their fake products are super cheap materials and ugly in real. . It is actually a Chinese company and everything come from China. Nothing is express delivery like they mention in their site. It took forever and I had to donate them all. They advertise and say 60 percent of money goes to democrats but when asked for proof they didn’t respond. I researched and found many people got scammed by them. They have standard response to everyone as below but the fact that they are Chinese company faking to be American company is true and you can see in their response they don’t mention that. They will ask one to ship the items back to China in our cost which people know will be more expensive than items. Dont support them.

There needs to be a zero. Made my order almost a month ago. I’ve gotten these weird notifications that it’s in customs in Denmark. After reading reviews, it sounds like other peoples orders are coming from different countries. There is no way this company is legit. Just called my credit card company to dispute. Yocloth charged me 84.34 on my credit card but on my order, shipping and a discount was included and it showed $67.47. Not only that it shows the order coming from Hong Kong not Denmark. I smell fish.

I purchased a shirt from a FB ad that said proceeds would go to ActBlue and animal rights group. ActBlue shows everyone who donates, and Yocloth is not 1 of them. When I tried to cancel the order immediately, they took their time to refund the bogus 32% tax. I said I wanted a full refund and they said it was too late, but wait til I get the shirt and then contact them. The shirt is garbage. The design is right but the material, which is not on any label, feels like nylon, is yellowed in some places, and not cotton as advertised. Now they are playing games, saying they will refund $2. Then $4. Do not buy from them!!!

UPDATE: Arrived from Chicago 9/3, ordered 8/13...tracking "from Italy" is fake.

Item I ordered was drastically different than item I received. When I contacted them, I was told "sorry you are disappointed, but this is the item you ordered." I sent them pictures of what I received compared to what they picture. No satisfaction.

I purchased three t-shirts on 10 August. I received an order # right away. The tracking link (tracking-hub.com) showed that my package would be shipping from Ireland! Wow! This was not clear BEFORE I made my purchase.

I reached out to Customer Service. They were very nice. Surprisingly, they provided me a different vendor link and different tracking number, showing my items was shipping from Shenzhen China.

Luckily, 17 days later I received my t-shirts.

Unfortunately, the fabric content of the t-shirts I received did not match the product description. The t-shirts I ordered were cotton! The website's product description said they were all "cotton" or "cotton blend". None of the 3 t-shirts I received contained any cotton. Two were labeled as 95% cotton/5% spandex. The third one had no fabric content label inside. In short, I'm very unhappy.

Summary of the Issues:
1. Ordering process does not advise the purchaser that the package would be shipped from overseas. (China)
2. It was only by reading their FAQ -- after this issue occurred -- did I realize they were not US based.
3. Yocloth.com - The website's "About US" does NOT say where the firm is actually located.
4. Fabric content of t-shirts received did not match the item description. I ordered cotton t-shirts and got polyester.

UPDATE: Customer Service reached out to me and offered me a $10 refund to balance my dissatisfaction. I accepted this as it's better than nothing, and received the credit right away. I spent $73.40 on the 3 t-shirts.

IN SUMMARY: $63.40 is the BARGAIN PRICE of a lesson well learnt. DO NOT make impulsive late-night online purchases from websites that are not well-known, established, and respected.

Ordered a casual dress that arrived in two weeks. Quality was decent but not outstanding. Would suggest faster shipping and slightly better material. Overall, an okay purchase.
