Absolutely genius platform- kind of wish I had invented it. It has made working on big events much more efficient. Received fast payments with fair rate given to yoello (much cheaper than mainstream platforms such as paymentsense). Luke was amazing, very hands-on & helpful. He answered every question quickly & made sure that the transition to this new platform was seamless! Highly recommend!

Amazing! Honestly why am I just finding out just now that a service like this exists!!! Props to Yoello for this. Also a shout out to the Drovers Inn for getting this setup. Love it

Yoello is the best payment platform I have come across since setting up my business. Easy to use for the customer and business. Quick and easy payments. Great interface. Staff are always on hand to assist with any queries. Luke has always gone above and beyond. Highly recommend Yoello!

Great timing with the pandemic, this works seamlessly. No need for over complicated user profiles, linked to my phone and my card, super easy to use and pay. Used at Goodsheds for the first time and happy to see it popping up everywhere!

Yoello is really easy to use. Had lots of customers compliment how smoothly things were running compared to our previous app! Some things are missing as they are a smaller, newer company but the team is really keen to get feedback and improve and are quick to action feedback to adapt the app to suit all its users!

Gordon could not be more helpful and even popped down our opening weekend to make sure everything was running smoothly!

The kit is very easy to use and pay-out was quick and effortless.

A very bespoke service and perfect for temporary or permanent events.

I especially liked that they had in house design teams to customize the profile for each event.

Used Yoello at a coffee shop today and it was fast and easy to use. It really helped me feel safe in the venue as I didn't have to join the long queue and I got my coffee quickly and efficiently.

Yoello is a brilliant service - as a manager of a cocktail bar in the middle of Cardiff we've tried many different solutions, and Yoello is by far the easiest, most efficient and cost effective app we've come across.

The set-up was immensely easy, as a bit of a technophobe I thought it would be a nightmare inputting an extensive menu like ours but I could not have been more wrong!

Luke has been more than helpful with everything and showed us just how easy it is to tailor the app exactly how we want it, also helping us boost sales massively in areas we didn't expect. It's so effortless to just re-jig the order of the menu and put a focus on spirits/cocktails you're aiming to upsell! It's also super accessible to get sales/stock reports which is really handy for business owners.

Customers have raved about how uncomplicated and simple it is to get drinks exactly to their preference, compared to other apps they've used in places.

Yoello has honestly been a life saver for us opening up post Covid-19 and with so many restrictions in place, couldn't recommend it enough!

Had a major issue with the app who apparently got fixed. I will give 4 star review when the issue is ficed and tested

This system is no where near as easy to use as the demo makes it look. To reorder simple drinks lists it takes hours of painfully dragging and dropping. When you have a list of 60 gins (25ml and 50ml), this takes days not hours. There should be a simple way of uploading an excel document or making them the same order that they appear on epos now but they are not they are a complete mess no alpebetic order or anything. For some lists you cant order them at all for instance your mixers you cant reorder so lemonade may be at the top mixed in with tonics and fresh juices, and a pepsi at the bottom, totally useless from a customer perspective. I dont understand the good reviews as surely everyone with a decent size drinks menu is also having these issues. very disappointing we thought we had found the perfect solution

So easy to use and much prefer being able to sit at my table and browse the menu and order without having to queue at a bar getting pushed around to get a drink! Wish it was used everywhere

Put order together, but it wouldn't let me pay. Gave up. Researched when I got home but no help on google. Still no idea how to register as a customer? I am guessing must have been an option before I looked at the menu, a bit back to front?
