Live chat function real easy to use and agent Charlie was very helpful and was able to assist with my issues.

It would have been much easier to talk on the phone / face to face, and the 9-12 timings were an issue, but the agent on the live chat was polite and able to answer my questions. Bradley - thank you, you were very helpful.

I received renewal notice with a price I was happy with. However when I had checked over my policy details, the price was increased, despite no chnges having been made.
The communication system is not easy to navigate. There s no option to telephone or email. The only way to get in touch is firstly to deal with a chat bot then be transferred to an agent. This can involve a wait.
Once I finally spoke with an agent - Jack - he was able to rsolve my issue and restore the original quote, although there was no explanation as to why this had happened.
