I had a billing issue with Yoga, which was their fault, and ended up speaking with Jack on their live chat. He was patient, polite and very helpful throughout the chat.

I needed to cancel my auto renewal with and agent as I was unable to use my customer portal.
I started the ‘Live Chat’ and Charlie sorted the issue for me within a couple of minutes.

I used the live chat to change the named drivers on my policy Ami was very helpful and conducted our chat in a very professional manner

This will be my third year of insuring my car with Yoga. I am now a Gold member which has given me a lot of extras for free. I can highly recommend Yoga as a car insurer as their price for car insurance is very competitive. When I contacted them via the live web chat, they sorted out my renewal query very quickly so I am very happy to renew my policy for another year.
