Completely unreliable when something goes wrong
I am currently left with a €350 loss due to a faulty sewing service.
The work delivered was unusable, and I have been unable to submit a claim because the app and claim form do not function properly. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have received no response, and my assigned agent has stopped replying entirely.
There is no real customer support or resolution process when issues arise. I have been completely left without assistance.
Based on this experience, I would strongly warn others not to rely on this platform when accountability or customer protection is needed.
